The girl in front of me was breathtakingly beautiful.
Even though I had seen many beauties, I was still slightly dazed.
"Charlie, you've been here for a while, right?" Nicole Anderson said softly.
"No, I just got here!" I shook my head.
"Then let's go!" Nicole said with a smile, pointing to the left, "There's a restaurant over there that's really good, let's head there!"
"Okay!" I responded.
"Let's go!" Nicole led the way. She had a smile on her face, her steps were light, and her mood seemed incredibly buoyant.
"I haven't been out in a long time, this feeling...is nice!"
As she spoke, she turned around, lifting a radiant smile and looking at me.
Under the sunlight, her beautiful eyes were as clear as glass, without a trace of flaw.
Seeing her this way, I felt a bit relieved. I had been most worried that after what happened, she'd carry a shadow in her heart.
"Charlie, thank you for that time. If it weren't for your timely arrival, Mark Anderson would have succeeded!"
