At the Marudas household, Lilian tossed a vase to the wall, shattering to pieces. The impact loud, garnering the attention of the maids that were passing by.
"Miss, Are you okay…?" One of them asked but something past her cheek, too fast for her to see what it was and she froze. A single drop of sweat trailing down her cheek.
"Come in and clean up the mess," another woman's voice said and the maids' finally found her standing quietly at the corner.
