That night, Ren Kai heard a whisper inside his mind:
"You have returned… Omega Being…"
Ren Kai opened his eyes, unamused.
"Stop calling me that. I'm trying to enjoy being a human."
The voice trembled in fear.
"Forgive me… your true form is awakening despite your will…"
Ren Kai sighed.
He didn't want the universe to revolve around him again.
He wanted peace. A small life. Friends. Maybe adventure… but nothing too extreme.
But something else spoke from the void:
"They are coming for you, Ren Kai."
His eyes darkened slightly.
"So the higher realms discovered me already…"
