It's been a 4 days since I have been searching something useful in Library . It's not that there are no gains .

Rope escape Technique -
This ninjutsu unravels physical bindings to allow a ninja to free themselves from restraints.
The caster's chakra flows into the material of whatever is being used to entrap them, working to loosen the knots and wear away at it from the inside to weaken it. Once it reaches its breaking point, the ninja can break free.
All ninja learn how to undo knots when they are bound by rope or wire, but a well done binding makes this far too time-consuming if not outright impossible. The purpose of this ninjutsu is to aid in escape for such situations.
It is in fact one of the easiest possible techniques to learn, enough so that everyone that learns it is quickly able to use it without a hand-seal. Something that it is a necessity for this ninjutsu to ever be useful as everyone knows to bind a shinobi's hands first.
Cloak of Invisibility Technique -
This ninjutsu can imbue a length of fabric with chakra to give it the ability to act as camouflage.
By holding the cloth over themselves, it changes to create an image of their surroundings with an optical illusion. Even the edges of the cloth meld into the background to make the illusion seem more natural, and any irregularities are nearly unnoticeable unless the cloth is touched. Hidden under the cloth, the ninja is practically invisible to any observers.
Even if the ninja doesn't have a spare piece of cloth they can use, it's not uncommon to perform the ninjutsu on their own clothing to hide them blend in though anything left uncovered is still visible.
However the cloak is only able to fool the an enemy's sense of sight. It doesn't disguise their scent, body heat, noises or chakra signature which is what makes it the least powerful of all camouflage ninjutsu.
Ninja wire snake Technique -
This technique teaches how to use ninja wire by imbuing them with chakra and use it as binding or trapping.
Shuriken , Kunai are the main focuson how to use it effectively with traps or in combat.
Diffrent E-rank traps , there are also other things that mention how to make more than 1 clone , how to use body replacement and traps with the subsituted log .There is also stuff for

Naruto was mainly focusing towards the Ninjutsu section but during the process he came to understand the Academy's Library and It's main focus .
Students are given basic training and education so they gain sturdy bodies and fundamental knowledge immediately after entrance. They learn the type of things that all children are expected to learn but the focus of their lessons is always on their role as shinobi in training.
To hone the body, they undergo all kinds of physical training such as running, climbing, push-ups, pull-ups, vaulting, throwing and swimming. To hone the mind, they study the theories behind techniques and hand-seals in detail, learn history of shinobi and engrave the shinobi code into their hearts.
The practical lessons focus on taijutsu, genjutsu and ninjutsu. Students learn fighting stances that serve as a solid foundation for any individual styles they develop, participating in sparring matches to test their skill. Illusions are difficult enough that they aren't taught in the Academy,
But the students are trained in detecting and countering them. And all students are expected to learn five E-rank ninjutsu, the most fundamental technique taught to every shinobi that act as a stepping stone for the entire art.
When students are deemed to have mastered the basics and manoeuvres they are moved to the application stage, where they are taught techniques designed for their personality and skills. Private lessons or special Instructors are allocated to help enhance their specials qualities.
And this institution isn't the only one of its kind in the Land of Fire as not all of their shinobi come from a single academy. The many samurai schools that once existed across the nation changed to become ninja schools that taught their students how to wield chakra.
These training camps are all allied with Konoha, training new recruits, housing border patrol units and acting as staging grounds for large scale foreign operations.

Gathering all the things Naruto walks to Scary Baba to borrow books again

Seeing the sun still up Naruto apporoaches the Training Ground and sees Everyone throwing stones towards Gian , while he dodges it

Hearing this everyone gets surprised and then joyful and scrambles for the Jutsu , seeing them all getting a Book and going sideways to read , Naruto also focuses the last days he signed-in

Looking at the report of Naruto's fight with bear and his usual activities over the week , Hokage smokes and his brows furrowed the Blonde's recent shenanigans .
In Academy Library , especially towards Ninjutsu section since last 4 days
( Is he searching to find them to train with other kids , I thought it will be at least a year later )
Musing to himself Hokage gets up and goes to the window and looks towards the training ground and exclaims
" That's --"
