In the faculty, Shougo stood calmly, sighing as he adjusted his gloves.
"Griffin, I heard that Mr. Fushi talked to you about the nightmares. What is this thing that's coming back?"
Griffin paused before adjusting his hat.
"Mr. Fushi warned us to get ready... Everyone is coming back."
"Who?"
"It doesn't matter. All we have to do is prepare the students."
Far away, the wind became incredibly heavy. In the Elarion Forest Village, everything was destroyed. People were running while the warriors tried to fight back.
"This guy is crazy! He's copying all of our techniques and strength!"
"Impossible!"
Goro stood in the middle. With a single slash of black energy, people were sent flying away.
"It's been a while since I've copied everything..."
A warrior lunged forward.
"I won't let you kill my family and destroy the villa—"
Before he could finish, Goro stabbed him so quickly that everyone froze in shock. The remaining warriors immediately began running away.
Goro smiled darkly.
"As long as you notice me... the more I want to fight."
There was emptiness in Goro's eyes, filled only with excitement and the thrill of battle. The lonely man finally revealed his true self.
Far away, in the Citadel, there was a man...
Yoshiro.
"OHH! FINALLY I'M BACK! AND I'M GOING TO ERASE EVERYTHING... EVERYTHING!"
He laughed as he erased people's existence.
"They're returning... The students must separate."
Mr. Fushi laughed while drinking his coffee.
"Hmm... Just living through another peaceful day. This world is just a game... but it hits harder than ever."
At Reikosha Academy, Judas entered her classroom.
"Reji, Seiyan, Tatsuo, and Dracula, you've been assigned to go to the Citadel. There's a mission, so get ready."
She paused, knowing how difficult it would be for them to fight Yoshiro.
"I hope you guys will be okay. Nothing bad happens as long as we stay focused."
All of them understood the situation.
"I haven't stopped spamming my erasure... Just erasing people... people who don't deserve to live."
He looked up at the sky.
"When the world ends... I'll bring Akira back. Just the two of us... living with freedom and peace."
He clenched his fist and screamed, trying to unlock Absolute Erasure and erase the entire world. White energy shot into the sky, reaching beyond the Earth.
Then a chain wrapped around his arm, stopping him.
"Oh?"
Reji stepped forward and smirked.
"You think you can? Do that after you erase us."
Yoshiro glared at him. With a wave of his hand, the chains wrapped around his arm disappeared.
"You dare stop me? I'm creating a world where you can truly live! You don't want that?! You want this game world instead?! You're just a kid who knows nothing about someone's past!"
Behind him, Tatsuo had already created a Spatial Sword. He rolled his wrist smoothly before pointing it at Yoshiro.
The sword shot forward and stabbed Yoshiro from behind.
He coughed up blood.
"Oh?! HA! Blood?!"
He looked back and raised his hand toward Tatsuo, but Dracula moved faster. Time seemed to slow as Dracula kicked Yoshiro's arm away and slashed it.
"What the hell?! You think I'm easy to defeat? Fine! Then I'll show you all!"
Yoshiro moved faster than everyone and erased Reji. Thanks to Sensei Judas, Reji's entire body was restored.
"Sensei?"
"Oh... Restoring someone's existence? You might be the best opponent I've ever fought!"
Yoshiro appeared behind Judas, but she wasn't just a support. She instantly dodged his attack before raising her hand, controlling nearby stainless steel and launching it toward Yoshiro.
He erased it effortlessly.
Yoshiro jumped into the air and waved his hand, trying to erase Judas' arm, but it regenerated almost instantly.
"That's pretty quick... I wonder if you'll survive this—"
Seiyan slid in and slashed at Yoshiro from behind. Dracula then created an electric spear and hurled it toward him.
Yoshiro dodged both attacks before jumping higher. Another wave of erasure blasted everyone backward.
Reji watched him carefully.
"This man... is incredibly strong... We don't have a counter for him..."
Tatsuo tried creating a stronger weapon that couldn't be erased so easily, but the process was slow and difficult.
Yoshiro noticed him and rushed forward to erase him.
Dracula noticed immediately and threw an electric bomb to stop him.
We didn't know much about them before... but now we will.
Tatsuo and Dracula had been friends since they were six years old.
Dracula was a vampire. Every evening, he had to leave before his hunger became uncontrollable. If he stayed around humans for too long, his thirst for blood would overwhelm him.
In the city of Oakheaven, Dracula ran after Tatsuo.
Tatsuo laughed.
"Try to catch me, Dracula!"
Dracula did his best to catch him, but he was exhausted.
"Oh, fine! Tatsuo, you're faster than me now!"
"Hahaha! See? I told you! Hey, since it's almost evening, tomorrow let's go somewhere together. Just the two of us!"
Dracula smiled.
"I'd love to!"
The next day, on a mountain, Tatsuo stood on a rock.
"WOOHOO! We finally did it! Hey, Dracula, why don't we become climbers? We could hike tall mountains and travel to different places!"
Dracula smiled.
"Yeah... that sounds great. But I want to transfer to Reikosha Academy."
"Reikosha Academy? The school with people who have powers? Oh! That's awesome! Sure! We can do that and protect each other!"
Tatsuo was a kind and dependable friend. Whenever you needed him, he was always there. He accepted everyone for who they were.
That's why I always stayed by his side...
But I never told him the truth about my life.
That evening, Dracula walked toward a massive black gate.
Countless vampires were gathered there, feeding on fresh human blood.
Then the Vampire King appeared.
Everyone feared him because of the suffering he had caused.
He walked toward Dracula with a smile.
"I would like to take this boy."
Dracula's body trembled.
