Michael's POV
Skye moved through my bedroom like she owned the place. She had been here before, during nights I preferred to forget.
"Sit down," she said, guiding me to the bed's edge.
I collapsed backward with a groan. The room spun around me. Skye was right about one thing - I was completely wasted. My vision blurred, my head pounded, and my limbs felt like dead weight.
I hated admitting it, but there was no denying the truth.
She disappeared for a moment, then returned. Slow, sultry music filled the room from hidden speakers. The lights dimmed to a warm amber glow.
Skye positioned herself in front of me, one hand on her hip. For the first time tonight, I actually focused on her appearance.
She wore a nude dress that clung to every curve, so close to her skin tone it created the illusion she wore nothing at all.
"You always loved watching me dance," she purred, swaying to the beat. "Let's see if that's still true."
