The rich aroma of coffee filled my senses as I watched Michael move through his kitchen like he owned every inch of space. Which, technically, he did.
"This could become a dangerous habit," I murmured, bringing the warm mug to my lips.
He stood there in nothing but gray sweatpants that hung dangerously low on his hips, his broad chest bare and catching the morning light streaming through the windows. Michael Jade, the ruthless billionaire who commanded boardrooms and struck fear into competitors, was barefoot and flipping pancakes like he had all the time in the world.
For me.
His dark gaze found mine across the kitchen. "What could become dangerous?"
I smiled, setting down my coffee. "This whole domestic scene. You cooking for me, taking care of me, treating me like some cherished princess every morning."
