Chapter 3 - 3:The First Transformation of a Conqueror

Green light devoured the clearing, swirling like a miniature supernova around Vilgax's towering form. The Omnitrix's core hummed with raw cosmic energy, the symbols on its surface glowing brighter than any human eye was meant to witness.

Ben shielded his face. Gwen stumbled back. Even Grandpa Max—who had faced countless alien threats in his youth—felt his heart hammer painfully inside his chest.

Because this wasn't supposed to happen.

The Omnitrix wasn't supposed to accept Vilgax.

It wasn't supposed to activate for a warlord.

And it definitely wasn't supposed to unleash its power in the hands of someone whose mind simmered with ambition and future knowledge.

But the green flare faded. The forest went silent again.

And standing there—where Vilgax once stood—was something new.

Something terrifying.

Alien 01: The Ascended Titan

The light cleared to reveal a monstrous figure nearly three meters tall.

His skin was a reinforced hybrid of diamond plates and Vilgaxian armor. Bright green energy pulsed through glowing fissures across his body. His arms ended in razor-edged claws, each infused with Omnitrix circuitry. His eyes burned with a predatory emerald glow.

He was no existing alien. No species known to the galaxy.

He was something impossible—

a fusion of Vilgax's biological might and the Omnitrix's adaptive mutation.

A new interface flashed before his eyes:

ALIEN FORM ACQUIRED

Name: Bio-Enhanced Vilgaxian Titan

Power Class: High-Tier

Abilities:

Enhanced strength beyond Four Arms

Organic armor harder than Diamondhead's Crystal Plex

Regeneration

Energy pulse attacks

Genetic assimilation potential

Vilgax clenched his new fists and felt power ripple through the forest.

This was only the first level.

The Omnitrix had barely begun to unlock its potential.

"This form…" he rumbled, voice deeper, layered with synthetic resonance. "Fitting for a conqueror."

Ben's jaw dropped as he stared at the monstrous figure.

"That's… that's cheating!"

Gwen whispered, "Ben… that thing is stronger than anything we've ever seen."

Max stepped between the children and the towering alien.

His hands trembled, but his stance was firm.

"Vilgax! If you take that Omnitrix off your wrist—right now—we can avoid a catastrophe."

Vilgax's eyes narrowed.

"You misunderstand me, Maxwell Tennyson. This device is not a threat."

He flexed his glowing claws.

"It is the beginning."

The First Clash

Ben wasn't thinking logically. He didn't hesitate. He just charged forward like the stubborn hero he was destined to be.

"Give it back!"

Vilgax didn't even move. He simply flicked one massive hand.

Ben flew backward, crashing into a fallen tree with a painful grunt.

"BEN!" Gwen cried.

Max grabbed her arm. "Don't get closer!"

Vilgax watched the boy collapse onto the dirt, groaning. In the original timeline, Ben would've had the Omnitrix already—able to transform into Heatblast, Diamondhead, XLR8, and more.

But now?

He was powerless.

A fragile human child.

A mere footnote in a story that was no longer his.

A Strategic Mercy

Vilgax towered over the young boy and raised a glowing claw. Gwen screamed again.

Max stepped forward. "Vilgax! If you kill him—"

"Killing him?" Vilgax interrupted. "Why would I kill someone who no longer matters?"

Ben's fists clenched, tears of frustration forming in his eyes.

It wasn't an insult.

It wasn't taunting.

Vilgax genuinely didn't see Ben as a threat anymore.

That hurt more than any attack.

Vilgax's enhanced brain processed hundreds of scenarios. Killing Ben would fracture the timeline too drastically, attracting cosmic attention from beings stronger than him. Keeping Ben alive was safer—and offered more strategic paths in the future.

He lowered his hand.

"You three may live. Be grateful."

Gwen glared up at him, trembling but defiant. "You… you monster!"

Vilgax stepped back, towering over them like a living apocalypse.

"Monster?" he replied calmly. "No, child. I am evolution."

He turned away, ignoring their shock.

He had already analyzed their combat potential. Grandpa Max could gather Plumbers. Gwen's mana abilities would awaken in the future. Ben might still become a wildcard.

But none of them mattered right now.

The Omnitrix was his.

And now, the galaxy awaited him.

Understanding the Prize

The Omnitrix's internal interface fed him streams of data.

[Gene Matrix Booting…]

[Analyzing Host Potential…]

[Installing Evolutionary Overclock Mode]

His mind sharpened further. With his intelligence already tripled and now intertwined with the Omnitrix's database, he felt like a strategist merged with a god.

Information streamed into him:

DNA of 200+ species installed

8 aliens unlocked

1 unique exclusive alien granted

Power scaling potential: exponential

Repair nanobots active

Evolution protocols dormant but growing

He saw timelines branching ahead. In all of them…

He was unstoppable.

Transformation Reversal

A countdown beeped.

The Omnitrix flashed red, signaling the end of the transformation timer. Vilgax allowed it. He wanted to test its natural limits.

Green light covered him again, and soon his original Vilgaxian body returned.

Still towering. Still terrifying. But flesh and armor instead of diamond and energy.

Ben weakly rose to one knee.

"Y-You're not getting away with this!"

Vilgax paused.

He stared at Ben for a long second.

The boy's eyes were fierce—burning with anger, pain, frustration… and something else.

Willpower.

Vilgax tilted his head.

"Perhaps you will try," he mused. "But this universe favors strength, not desire."

He turned away toward the trees. His mind had already calculated the next steps of his conquest.

His ship would arrive shortly.

He would return to space.

He would start building an empire before the Plumbers even realized the Omnitrix had changed hands.

A Warning to a Future Hero

Before disappearing into the forest, Vilgax spoke one final time.

"Ben Tennyson."

The boy froze.

Vilgax didn't turn around.

"You were meant to wield this power. In another world, you might have become a great hero."

Ben swallowed hard.

"But the universe chose differently. Adapt… or be crushed."

Then he walked away.

Ben trembled with fury.

Gwen held him. "Ben… we'll figure something out."

Max looked grim. "This… this is bad. Vilgax with the Omnitrix is a threat beyond anything the galaxy has ever faced."

Ben clenched his fists so hard his nails dug into his palms.

"I'll stop him," he whispered. "Even if it kills me."

Vilgax's First Command

Deep in the forest, Vilgax pressed the Omnitrix dial.

"I require extraction."

A hologram flashed.

[Flagship approaching Earth orbit.]

[Coordinates locked. Opening dimensional breach.]

Space warped. A circular portal opened before him, humming with energy.

Foot soldiers marched through it, bowing instantly.

"Lord Vilgax," they said in unison. "Your orders?"

Vilgax stared through the portal toward the star-filled sky beyond.

"At last," he said. "We begin."

He stepped into the portal without looking back.

Behind him, Ben stared at the crater where his destiny once lay.

Ahead of him, Vilgax marched toward his future as a conqueror.

The universe trembled.

Because a new story had begun.
