Chapter 7 - Hang Out With The Alpha Boss

As promised, on Saturday Noel got ready to meet Alastair because they were going out together, which felt like a date to him. He knew it sounded ridiculous for an Omega like him to go on a date with an Alpha he had only met three months ago.

But he couldn't refuse the invitation because he had promised to do anything to thank him. And that invitation was what Alastair had asked for as a thank you.

Coincidentally, Regis was away attending a meeting of mafia bosses. So he could go without Regis knowing, even though he was sure his men would report this to him.

"But at least he's not here to stop me.

He was wearing the T-shirt and jacket he always wore. He even brought his skateboard so the guards would think he was just hanging out as usual with his skateboard.

As he was about to leave the front door of the mansion, a beta male approached him, noticing Noel's neat attire.

"Hey, where are you going?" asked the man, who was none other than Dalton.

Although they didn't seem very close at school, Dalton was quite close to Regis because Dalton had actually been Noel's friend since high school. So Regis had known him for a long time and trusted the man to be by his younger brother's side.

"I have an important appointment today. And Regis isn't home, so you can leave now," Noel replied.

"Do you have an important schedule? Are you going to work on your college assignment with the group assigned by Professor Matthew yesterday?" he asked again curiously.

But Omega shook his head. He had other important matters to attend to at the moment, and Dalton didn't need to know about them.

"Come on! I'm your close friend. Don't you want to tell me where you're going?"

"And make this plan fail because you'll report it to Regis? Yes, you're right." Noel rolled his eyes, feeling that Dalton would definitely report this to him.

But since the man didn't leave, Noel was forced to pass him by, ignoring Dalton calling his name. He would be late if he kept answering his friend's questions.

"Yes, yes, we'll talk about it later. See you at campus, Dalton!" He ran away from the mansion.

Dalton could only stand there, staring at Noel's back as he ran away with his skateboard in his hand. His gaze seemed to say something that couldn't be put into words.

In front of the gate, the omega used his skateboard to ride away.

He was certain that Alastair was waiting for him at their meeting point. And sure enough, the Alpha was already waiting there, leaning against his SUV. He was wearing a white T-shirt with a dark blue blazer.

He looked much more casual than usual.

Noel finally stood in front of him and picked up his skateboard. "Have you been waiting long?"

"Not really. I think I just got here five minutes ago. Are you ready to go?"

"Yes, I'm ready."

Without saying another word, they got into the car to leave immediately before anyone saw them together.

On the way, Noel asked where they were actually going. But Alastair only said that they were going to a place that he might like.

The Omega could only guess where the Alpha was taking him. Could he be taking him to a place where people usually go on dates? That's ridiculous.

However, after almost 20 minutes of driving, they arrived at a mysterious gate that even Noel had never been to before.

There, Alastair showed something to the guard, who finally let them in.

"What is this place?" asked Noel curiously, because when their car entered, it looked so deserted inside.

"You'll find out later."

They got out of the car and walked towards a door that led to the basement. There, Noel felt so alert, suspicious that this was actually a trap for him.

'What is his real intention? Bringing me here. Is this a trap or... I must remain vigilant,' he thought at that moment as he watched Alastair's broad back in front of him.

When they reached an empty room, he could hear the commotion from outside the room. Curious, he looked out the window there.

"What's that noise? It sounds really crowded," he muttered.

As soon as he looked out the window, he realized that there were two people fighting in an arena with many people watching around them.

He also realized that this place was where fighters gathered illegally to win big prizes.

He usually only watched this on television, but this time he could watch it live.

"This place... They—"

"Yes. I'm sure you're not someone who likes cute and sweet places to spend your time. So I brought you here. Do you like it?" Alastair asked him as he stood next to Noel.

He nodded, then moved closer to the large window in front of him to see the fight more clearly. He wanted to get closer to the fighting ring in front of them, but Alastair stopped him.

"There are so many Alphas there. Their pheromones will be too strong for you and could give you a headache. And if they realize there's an Omega like you among them, you know what will happen."

What he said was true. If Noel joined them to watch more closely, they would immediately notice his presence. An Omega alone in the midst of a crowd of Alphas and Betas would definitely attract a lot of attention.

Especially at a time like this, when the Alphas' pheromones would be even stronger as they defended their pride and showed their strength. That was why Alastair had deliberately rented the place to separate Noel from them.

"I understand. I think watching from a distance like this makes me happy. I can see this fight from above without any interference," he said.

For almost two hours, they watched several fights and even made bets. Noel seemed to really enjoy the matches in front of him. Like a child who had found a new toy.

"Hit him! Kick his legs, make him fall! Ahh, damn it! Ahahaha... He's so stupid!" he laughed enthusiastically.

"Ahaha... You're really excited watching that," replied Alastair, who also laughed softly.

After the match ended and everyone left, they also left the room and returned to where their cars were parked.

"You really enjoy fighting, don't you? You can learn the moves they use and use them when you fight the alpha thugs who dare to challenge you," said Alastair.

"That's right. I've never seen such amazing moves before!" his voice sounded enthusiastic, and his eyes were filled with admiration as he watched the match.

The alpha could see the passion in the eyes of the omega standing next to him. It was very different from how the omega had looked when they first met. This time, his eyes were filled with passion, joy, and satisfaction.

"Next time, take me to this place again! It seems that if I go alone, I won't be allowed in. Regis won't let me go to a place like this either!"

He knew that special access was needed to enter such an illegal place so that no law could touch it.

"If you like, I can bring you here every day," replied the mafia boss, ruffling the hair of his enemy's younger sibling.

From a distance, someone was watching them. The man felt he recognized the brown haired Omega who was currently with someone he didn't know.

"Isn't he one of the Ashford's?"
