Torrence Mansion
Dining
"Good morning, mums," Hazel greeted both Hailey and Emily.
"Morning, dear. How are you?" Emily replied.
"Morning. How's your night? I hope that check of your son didn't bother you again," Hailey replied to Hazel's greeting.
"Good morning, Mum and Second Mum. My night was good, and if your son should bother me, I'd give him a taste of his own medicine. I'm not some weak girl, and he's also a weakling. I've beat him and destroyed his car, but he couldn't do anything," Hazel explained.
"Oh, so you are that girl who taught him a lesson?" Hailey asked.
"Yeah," Hazel replied.
"You are also the one who destroyed his new sports car?" Hailey asked again.
"Yes," Hazel replied.
"You know what? I love you more for what you did to him. He's so arrogant, and I need someone to teach that check of his son a lesson," Hailey said.
"I love you too," Hazel said, hugging Hailey.
"Hazel, you did what?" Emily snapped.
"Mum, not again," Hazel replied.
"Hazel, do you know the amount of times you've landed in jail? How many times I've bailed you out, and you still continue with this behavior?" Emily said.
"But, Mum, he crossed his limits, especially when he ran into Lucy with his sports car," Hazel explained.
"But what if you landed in jail for what you did to him?" Emily said.
"But she didn't," Hailey said.
"Hazel, let me tell you something... I won't always be there when you need me, okay? What if I die Sunday, and you land in jail? When I die, do you think I'd come back to life to bail you out?" Emily snapped.
"Calm down," Hailey said.
"Mum, why would you say that? You wouldn't die. Please don't say that. It hurts me when you think of leaving me in this world. What do you think I'd do without you in my life? I'd also die if you die," Hazel said to her mum, tears rolling up her eyes.
"You guys should stop, okay... and Emily, don't talk about leaving this world again, okay? You're already making her cry. Now, if you don't think of yourself, at least think of your daughter," Hailey said.
"I'm sorry, dear. I didn't mean to. Please stop crying," Emily said.
"Mum, it's okay. And I have to head to school now, but I'll be late," Hazel said moodily, leaving the house.
"You see what I told you... she doesn't want to accept the fact that I'd die... talkless of talking about my terminal illness to her," Emily said sadly.
"Don't worry, she'd come around," Hailey replied sadly.
Star High College
Hazel got to school, and the compound looked deserted. She headed towards the building, noticing the hallway was also empty. Her instinct kicked in, telling her to stop, but she ignored it. Next thing, she tripped and fell into something slimy and sticky.
Surprised, she looked back – nothing was there. But then, students popped out, laughing with phones in hand. Hazel knew why.
"You planned this, right?" Hazel said to herself, knowing it was Kenzie.
"Yes, I did. Didn't I tell you you'd regret what you've done to me? This is what I meant by revenge," Kenziy said, laughing hard as he emerged from hiding.
"Do you really think I'd be embarrassed by this? And let me remind you, the clothes I'm wearing aren't mine – someone else's. And there are lots of designers at home I can 'steal' . A crybaby like you wouldn't understand right," Hazel said with a smirk playing on her lips.
As she made the statement, Kenzie stomped out of the hall angrily.
"Hazel, what happened here?" Emily and Zinnia said, running towards her.
"You guys shouldn't worry and get me out of this stupid thing," Hazel said, trying hard to come out of the slime.
"Okay," Zinnia and Emily replied, as they both helped Hazel out of the slime.
Hazel had to go back home to change clothes, but by the time she came back to school, the students had started work.Ezil had to go back home to change clothes, but by the time she came back to school, the students had started work.
Lecture hall
As soon as she entered the lecture hall, a lecturer was already in the hall. "Hazel, why are you just coming for lecture?" the lecturer asked.
"I'm sorry, sir. It won't happen again," Hazel replied sincerely.
"Okay, then go take a seat," the lecturer said as he continued to give the lecture.
After he was done, more lecturers continued coming to give lectures one by one till the bell rang.
"Ah, I'm so tired," Hazel groaned.
"Me too," Zinnia replied.
"Me three," Emory added.
The three looked stead at themselves and brushed it into laughter.
"Hazel, the clothes you were wearing are actually expensive, and this you're wearing now... where did you get it?" Emory asked.
"Oh, don't worry," Hazel replied.
"Hazel, this cloth has only one in the world, and the other one you wore... it cost a million, and also the other one you wore cost two million, and it's only one in the world. The person that bought these two clothes was Kenzie's the president's son," Emory explained.
"Oh wow, you rich people know everything," Hazel said.
"Don't change the topic, Hazel. Where did you get Kenzie's clothes from?" Emory said seriously.
"What if I tell you it's fake?" Hazel replied.
"But it doesn't look like one. It has initials on it, and every designer has initials," Emory said.
"Okay, yeah... it's Kenzie's clothes, okay," Hazel admitted.
"What?!" Zinnia exclaimed. "I'm currently speechless. What are you doing with his clothes, and how did his clothes get into your hands?" Emory asked, with a surprised expression on her face.
Kenzie's penthouse
"Hey bro, what did that rich girl do? Stealing a cry baby's clothes? And what is your cloth doing with her? How did it even get into her hands, bro? I mean, you bought that clothes for two million," Killian asked.
"Bro, Killian asked the question," Levi said.
she the girl I told you about? The one I said both her mother and she would come live with us?"Kenzie said
So you mean she is the girl you told us about?"Levi asked, surprised,
"Yeah, I was even more surprised when I saw her in my room because she actually stole my room and some of my clothes. She even stole one of my shirts."Kenzie said.
