Chapter 52 - THE CONTINUATION OF SECLUSION

CHAPTER- THE CONTINUTION OF SECLUSION

Half a month passed.

The corrupted forest had transformed completely.

What once looked like a chaotic wilderness of twisted trees and dark mana was now something far more terrifying.

It had become a kingdom.

Not a temporary base.

Not a war camp.

But a true dominion of monsters.

And at the center of it all…

Draven.

The Finished Domain

The last pieces of construction finally fell into place.

Huge stone slabs locked together.

Iron pillars settled into the ground.

Vines wrapped around walls like living reinforcements.

The construction monsters stepped back.

The generals stood silently as the final structure finished stabilizing.

Only one thing remained incomplete.

The Castle of the Corruption Monarch.

It was massive.

Even unfinished, the castle towered over the forest like a black mountain.

Its walls were made of abyss stone.

Its towers twisted upward like claws reaching toward the sky.

Corrupted roots reinforced the foundation.

But the structure still needed weeks of finishing touches.

Polishing.

Enchantments.

Defensive arrays.

Interior halls.

Yet something happened that surprised everyone.

Once the rest of the construction projects ended—

Thousands of monsters suddenly had nothing to do.

The generals looked at each other.

Then at the castle.

Samuel smirked.

"Well… let's finish it."

And chaos began.

Seven Hours Later

What should have taken weeks…

Was finished in seven hours.

Elemental golems lifted entire walls.

Tree sentinels shaped the wooden structures.

Gargoyles placed stone towers perfectly.

C3 summoned spirits to reinforce magical barriers.

Samuel's forge squads installed the defensive gates.

The dark elf personally carved demonic runes across the castle gates.

Even the corrupted forest itself assisted.

Roots stabilized foundations.

Mana currents flowed through the castle walls.

And when the sun finally began to set—

The castle stood complete.

A monstrous black fortress rising above the corrupted domain.

The Castle of the Corruption Monarch.

The generals looked up at it.

Prince Varuk whistled.

"That's… terrifying."

Draven would like it.

The Shore of the Corrupted Forest

Far away from the castle—

At the forest's outer river.

Draven sat peacefully on a wooden chair.

A small table stood beside him.

On it—

A tea kettle.

A porcelain cup.

Steam slowly rose from the drink.

Draven lifted the cup calmly.

He looked completely relaxed.

Like a noble enjoying an afternoon break.

Which was strange considering he ruled a kingdom of monsters.

He took a sip.

"…Not bad."

Tea had become one of the strange cultural habits Draven introduced to the monsters.

Cooking.

Spices.

Forging methods.

Industrial furnace design.

Food preservation.

Metal refinement.

Even basic engineering.

All knowledge from his previous world.

And surprisingly—

The monsters adapted quickly.

The domain now had organized production systems.

Blacksmith houses.

Food storage facilities.

Mining systems.

Weapon crafting stations.

Draven took another sip.

Across the river—

Massive boats were being built.

The Storm Morlock Shipyard

The Storm Morlock Tribe had taken control of the river construction.

Massive creatures with amphibious bodies hammered iron plates onto giant boats.

Their designs were strange.

Half ship.

Half living creature.

Storm Morlocks specialized in naval warfare.

And now they were building war vessels for Draven's future expansion.

Prince Varuk stood on the shore supervising.

"Reinforce the hull!"

A Morlock hammered metal plates.

Another welded them using elemental fire.

Nearby—

The Morlock King floated in the air.

His presence alone created waves of water mana.

He guarded something important.

Three eggs rested beside him.

One of them—

The sky-blue egg.

Cracks had appeared across its surface.

But it had not hatched yet.

The time had not come.

The other two eggs remained silent.

But their mana pulses were growing stronger every day.

Something powerful was coming.

Draven watched them briefly.

Then returned to his tea.

And opened the system panel.

Domain Development Quest Complete

A golden notification appeared.

[Domain Development Quest Completed]

Draven's eyes scanned the reward screen.

The system displayed the finished structures.

Completed Structures

Training Grounds

Laboratory

Hot Spring Bath

Food Storage Facilities

Blacksmith Houses

Residential District

Castle of the Corruption Monarch

Armoury

Treasury

Arena

But the system continued.

Bonus Structures Detected

• Demon Sentinel Monument

• Maximum Security Prison

Draven raised an eyebrow.

The prison currently held several important captives.

The Border City Lord.

The hypocritical Saint Steve.

The four corrupt nobles.

The guild master.

Several captured adventurer clan leaders.

They were still alive.

Draven had plans for them.

Big plans.

The Reward Distribution

New messages appeared rapidly.

The Corruption Core has evolved.

New title:

Enhanced Core of Corruption

• Creation of new monster species

• Chimera production capabilities

Draven nodded slowly.

The domain would grow much faster now.

But the system wasn't done.

Structure Ability Enhancements

Each structure had inherited abilities from Draven.

But they evolved into specialized versions.

Examples appeared.

C3 was going to love that.

Samuel was definitely going to live there after battles.

Draven smirked.

His prisoners would have a difficult time escaping.

More Rewards

The system continued.

Fear-based abilities unlocked.

These had been temporarily sealed earlier.

Now they returned.

Even stronger.

New Skills Acquired

• Rapid Regeneration

• Instant Teleportation (evolved)

• Shadow Manipulation

Draven raised an eyebrow.

Teleportation had become instant.

That was extremely dangerous.

The Grimoire of Calamities

A massive black book materialized beside him.

Its cover was made of unknown material.

Dark symbols moved across its surface.

Grimoire of Calamities

An ancient magical book.

Containing catastrophic spells.

Draven opened it slightly.

A surge of dark mana escaped.

He immediately closed it.

"…Later."

New Units

The system continued.

Two massive armies appeared in the domain.

Elite Armoured Demon Squad

17,000 units.

Massive demons clad in dark armour.

Each one a battlefield monster.

Corrupted Naga Legion

17,000 units.

Snake-bodied warriors with multiple arms.

Poison specialists.

Naval combat experts.

Prince Varuk's Morlocks finally had competition.

Authority Level Increase

Authority Level: 5 → 7

This meant Draven's control over monsters increased dramatically.

More species could now submit to him.

Even stronger monsters.

Special Reward

The system displayed something extremely interesting.

Custom Dungeon Creation

Draven could create a dungeon.

Anywhere in the world.

Inside another kingdom.

Another empire.

Another nation.

And he would control everything inside it.

Traps.

Monsters.

Rewards.

Everything.

Draven smiled slowly.

"That's evil."

He liked it.

The Key of Twelve Dimensions

Another artifact appeared.

A strange key.

Floating in the air.

Key of the 12 Dimensions

Twelve separate dimensions created by the system.

Each filled with opportunities.

Secrets.

Power.

Draven hadn't explored them yet.

But he could feel their potential.

Invitation Card

Another item appeared.

A black card with golden text.

Invitation:

The Gathering of the Twisted Ones

Participants:

Demon Lords from different worlds.

Location:

Unknown dimension.

Time:

One year.

Draven smirked.

"A demon lord conference."

That sounded… interesting.

Permanent Quest

The system suddenly issued another mission.

Permanent Quest

Find and eliminate the Reincarnator hiding in the swamp region.

Territory controlled by:

• Lizardman Kingdom

• Humanoid Dragon Kingdom

Time Limit:

Four months.

Reward:

Unknown.

Draven leaned back.

A reincarnator.

Someone like him.

That could become dangerous.

Additional Quest

Another mission appeared.

This one made Draven pause.

Objective:

Kill the Five Transcended Dragon Lords

Targets:

Frost Dragon

Magma Dragon

Sky Dragon

Aqua Dragon

Nature Dragon

Time Limit:

Unknown.

Reward:

Unknown.

Draven stared at the list.

Then laughed.

"…The system really wants chaos."

Life in the Domain

While Draven reviewed the system—

The rest of the domain enjoyed peace.

For once.

Training Grounds

Thousands of monsters sparred.

Armoured demons trained with massive swords.

Corrupted nagas practiced spear formations.

The Blood Lancer Legion drilled cavalry maneuvers.

Dust filled the training arena.

The Arena

Inside the combat arena—

The generals fought duels.

Samuel vs Gargoyle General.

Their clash shook the entire arena.

Samuel's necrotic flames collided with gravity attacks.

Spectators roared.

Even monsters loved watching fights.

C3's Experiments

Inside the laboratory—

C3 worked like a mad scientist.

Spirits floated around him.

New monster hybrids were being tested.

His three high spirits assisted him.

The Hellflame Bison smashed failed experiments.

The Demon Lightning Bat energized magical arrays.

The Salamander maintained heat levels.

C3 looked happier than ever.

The Hot Spring

Meanwhile—

The generals relaxed.

Yes.

Relaxed.

Inside the massive hot spring.

Steam covered the area.

Samuel leaned back in the water.

"Finally… peace."

The gargoyle sank halfway into the pool.

Even the Dullahan stood silently in the hot water.

His ghostly head floated beside him.

Prince Varuk laughed.

"This is ridiculous."

But he stayed anyway.

The Party

At night—

The domain held a celebration.

Huge bonfires lit the forest.

Monsters cooked massive beasts.

Draven's cooking techniques had spread everywhere.

Spices filled the air.

Music echoed.

Even the corrupted forest seemed to celebrate.

For once—

There was no war.

No battles.

No invasions.

Only monsters enjoying the kingdom they built.

Draven stood on the castle balcony.

Looking down at his domain.

A kingdom.

An army.

A fortress.

A future.

But beyond the corrupted forest—

The world was still waiting.

Dragon lords.

Reincarnators.

Empires.

And the gathering of demon lords.

Draven smiled slowly.

The game had only just begun.
