"Daddy!"A small figure rushes towards me,hugging my leg tightly like a kitten.
This brat definitely wants something.
I raise my eye brow with a knowing gaze."I thought you said you didn't want this daddy anymore?"
He looks at me innocently and rubs his cheeks against my leg with a flattering smile."Who said that?That person must be a fool.My daddy is so handsome.My daddy is the best in the entire world.I just want this daddy!"
I see Kayden choke on his drink and cough violently from the corner of my eyes.
"Boss,this doesn't seem like our young master!Did young master hurt his head?"Kenly asks worriedly and i just snicker,knowing Eli's tricks too well."Why don't you ask yourself?"
Kenly tries go shrink into the background and become invisible at my words.
I swear these people are more scared of him then me.
"Daddy.."
I sigh,kneeling down to Eli's level."Okay stop this act now.What do you want brat?"
As i expected,in a second his face fall's and the docile act disappears in an instant,replaced by a cold and bored expression.
"First Promise me you will give me what i want."He say's coldly and i look at Kayden who looks away at the same time coincidentally.
"Let's hear it first."I say and i kid you not,you can't even think of negotiating later with this brat.
One time he made me promise first and then asked for a shark as a pet.Because apparently,gold fishes,cats and dogs are over rated and i quote 'Childish'.
In the end i had to build a smaller version of ocean behind our mansion just so he could raise that shark.Which ended up dying just after a few days.
He frown's and puts his hand's behind like an old man."I want a mom!"
My mind goes completely blank and i stand frozen in my place,staring at Eli.
What did he just say?

A mom??
As in a mother??
Just what the hell is happening here?
I turn towards brother Kayden and he just shrugs."Handle this on your own.I already promised that she will be his mom if i think she is worthy."
My glare must be frightening because Eli actually run's to Kayden and hides behind him,peeking from behind his legs slightly."Daddy,you already promised me back then that i can choose my mommy.You can't go back on your words!"
"You want a mother?"I ask making sure i didn't hear wrong.
He nod's and i feel a headache coming.
Even before Eli came into my life i have never been interested in marriage.
Never.
But still i wanted to give him a full family.That's why i let my family find me suitable marriage partners.
But no matter who it was,how beautiful she was or how good she was to Eli,he never accepted them.He would ruin every single date i went to.
If anything he used to do everything under the sun possible to keep girl's away from me,as if he was scared i would bring him a mom.
And now,that boy is saying that he wants a mom?
"Why the sudden change of heart?I thought you had a phobia of women who could be your potential stepmother."I say scoffing slightly sarcastically.
He blinks innocently and tittles his head a little,a habit he does when he doesn't know how to answer but still tries to answer genuinely.
"But she is different from other womens."
I frown having a bad feeling ."And who is this different woman?"
"Jude's elder sister.She took care of him those few days he stayed with them and now Eli seems to like her very much."Kayden say's and Eli sings along."She is likeable to begin with!"
I frown as i try to remember."Hold on,by any chance,is it Fiena's friend you guys are talking about?"
They better not.
They better the hell not.
That lose screwed woman is no where near capable of being Eli's mother.
"You know mommy?"Eli asks innocently and i grind my teeth's in anger.
So Eli was calling that tiny thing mommy last night while i was still on the call.
She must have taught him to call her this.That despicable women!
My blood boil's thinking of the fight i just had with her an hour ago.
"She isn't worthy nor is she capable."I say leaving nothing for negotiation.
"Don't say that about mommy!She is the only one worthy!"Eli snap's defensively,looking ready to throw hands.
I frown seeing his glossy eyes.
That Women must have some cheap tricks up her sleeves to make Eli like her this much.
"How do you know?You met her?"Kayden asks and i nod."I did.So i can tell that she isn't worthy."
"She didn't seem that bad to me."He says and i chuckle angrily remembering how she was cursing me like a rabid dog.
I glance at Eli who looks close to shedding tears and turn to Kenly."Take young master back to the mansion.And make sure he can't sneak out.If he goes missing again every singel guard can forget about keeping their legs."
Kenly nod's and picks up a kicking and fussing Eli who is crying and screaming.
"That's not the way to be a father Witson.You need to listen to him and understand him.Children's feelings are fragile."Kayden says as Kenly carries Eli out.
"I always give in to him brother.But that doesn't mean i have to give in every time.He needs to understand he can't get everything's he want's just by kicking a fuss."I say heading towards my office.
'Idiot'i hear him mutter from behind.
Idiot?Better then being with that lose screwed woman.
I need to keep her away from Eli.But first,i need to investigate this properly.Did she plan Eli's disappearance and Reinna's accident to get to me?
It seems too coincidental and strange.I have to keep an eye on her.
