Synopsis
Two months after the destruction of the Holy Grail at the end of the Fifth War, Fuyuki City should have returned to normal. Instead, the remnants of the Grail system—damaged but not erased—are forcibly reactivated by a coalition of surviving magi factions, the Church, and hidden elements of the Mage Association. Their goal is singular: to conduct one final, absolute ritual capable of extracting everything the Grail ever promised before it collapses forever. Thus begins the Ultimate Final Grail War. Unlike all previous wars, this ritual abandons restraint. Twenty-five Masters are chosen. Twenty-five Servants are summoned across twenty-five class containers, including eighteen newly engineered classes designed to stabilize mass summoning. Each Master is granted ten Command Seals, not as a blessing, but as a necessity to control an inherently unstable system. The rules are clear and brutally enforced: alliances are permitted but temporary, secrecy is mandatory, and victory belongs only to the last remaining Servant. The Grail, now in its Revived Edition, offers five sequential wishes, each weaker and more dangerous than the last. Every wish accelerates the system’s collapse. As the war unfolds, Fuyuki becomes a battlefield of strategy rather than honor. Servants are weaker individually, but wars are fought on multiple fronts simultaneously. Betrayals are calculated. Alliances fracture under enforced contracts. The Church intervenes openly. The Mage Association abandons neutrality. Civilian casualties are limited—but never avoided. At the center of the conflict stands Shirou Emiya, drawn back into the nightmare he tried to end. Saber, now fully incarnated as Artoria, is no longer a Servant bound by the Grail—but she cannot ignore a war that threatens to erase the future they chose together. Kiritsugu Emiya, nearing the end of his life, understands what this war truly is: not a path to salvation, but humanity’s last act of arrogance. As Servants fall and Saint Graphs are consumed, the truth becomes unavoidable—the Grail cannot survive this war, and neither can the city unchanged. The Counter Force watches. The Root remains distant. And when the final Servant stands alone, the question is no longer what wish will be granted— —but whether the world should be allowed to make wishes at all. The Ultimate Final Grail War is not fought to obtain a miracle. It is fought to decide if miracles should ever exist again.

Chapter 1 - Prologue: Grail's Revival

In Ryudou Temple.

Two strangers came before the back courtyard. It was dark and gloomy, as the sky was. The girl knelt in the garden, searching for something. Her companion was also searching beside her. After some time of gathering, she saw what she wanted.

It was shards scattered into fragments. The girl smiled as her companion also gathered the other pieces.

The girl put all the shards in a cloth. She raised her hand in the air, a medium level straight to her chest. She muttered a spell, "Oh great shadow that resides in a prolonged slumber… awake from the imprisonment of hell, rejuvenate using the power from the eternal darkness. I call upon the grandmaster of evil to manifest upon this object. Use all your strength to recreate this object in the perfect form!"

The girl snapped her finger. Then the earth trembled around the region. The sky was covered with black clouds, and rainfall started, and a thunderstorm erupted from the sky. The eclipse covered the moon.

All the shards shone in a black light, as if all of the pieces were rejoining into exact placement. Every piece joined together in the perfect form of a beautiful cup. With that, the girl felt satisfied.

"Recreation Complete." The girl smirked while taking a gem in her palm. "Now! Final Recalibration."

The gem flew to the middle part of the cup and attached to it. With that, a large beam of black light shot towards the sky, filled with rainfall and thunderstorms. Clearing up everything from the sky.

All the black clouds cleared, leaving the sky clear, with nothing but the lunar eclipse. The sky was filled with gorgeous stars, which made the girl smile more than before.

"Now the Holy Grail is revived." The man behind the girl looked at the cup before him. "And we can't touch it right."

"Yes. We need servants." The girl took a book out of her dimensional pocket. "For now, this grail is revived in its flawless form…"

"Now let's see the power of your projection magic." The man sighed with discomfort.

The cup before them shone brilliantly under the black light. Floating in the sky, it slowly faded in the void. Neither of them did anything to stop it from fading.

The girl started to walk away from the ground. The man who stayed behind was looking at the crack the cup made as he transported back through the portal. He clenched his teeth; he cursed the person who ended it all. The girl stopped midway, glancing at the man's face.

"What happened happened." She waved her hand at him. "But only happened for our benefit."

He stood there still for a moment. Then he sighed dejectedly. He started walking while asking himself in his mind. "It is our last chance. If this plan fails, then it'll be the end for the entire magi community in the world."

The girl played with a pin in her hand. She seemed bored after the man's behaviour. But it was the truth. She shot the pin towards the man, like a bullet; it flew directly at the man's forehead. The man didn't move; he took it. The pin broke into pieces.

"I already predicted everything. Everything." The girl fidgeted with another pin in her fingers. "And… This is a new war. The last."

"I understand." The man followed, then looked back at the portal, which was about to disappear. "This time is the final."

Crack!

The portal faded away into nothingness because they used a magic barrier to prevent anyone from noticing them. A spark emitted when the portal was about to fade away, a man who was a part of the previous war. The man came out of the portal, and when he saw this world, he laughed madly.

"A new beginning. Interesting."

In Fuyuki City, Southern Airport.

The man got off the plane. He looked at the lunar eclipse through his cooling glass. He smirked, removing the glasses.

"The system has revived. It is destroyed, not erased. Fools"

"Hey! Mister, can you move?" The older man spoke, seeing a man looking at the sky.

"Certainly. Sorry for the inconvenience." The man kept his politeness. "Let's see the game!"

The man kept walking through the airport for security checks. The officers checked the man's luggage, and she felt strange. This man, before her, is carrying weird stuff in his bag. Though these things were permitted and weren't particularly harmful… It still made her look at this man strangely.

The man smiled sweetly at her.

"Sir, could you enter the scanner so we can check?" The officer returned a smile. "Here, sir."

When she brought the scanner near the man's body, there was no beep sound ringing in the upper half. As he brought the machine into his lower half, a loud beep sounded.

"Sir, can you show me the item you're carrying?" She looked at him and requested politely. "Otherwise, you can't get to Japan."

The man whispered a sentence in a low voice that others couldn't hear. "This is my equipment." His smirk became wider. "A steel—"

He gave the object to the officer. Her eyes became wide. She is perplexed.

"A steel pen?" She is confused about why the scanner rang. 'This is a normal pen, not any harmful weapon… then why?'

"There might be some kind of problem with the machine." The man spoke gently.

"That's my truth. Please, sir, can I see your ID?" She demanded, giving with her hand.

"Alon Angelcraft?" She looked at the ID of this person, "Velodria? From Preceline"

"Yes, Ma'am." The man took back his ID. "Please, ma'am, can you make it hurry. I have several jobs to complete."

"OkayOkay. I'll make it fast enough." She gave the pen back to him. "Take your luggage, sir."

The officer rechecked everything with caution. Inside, she had a mild doubt about this person. But she didn't have any evidence to prove this hunch of hers. She decided to let this thing go, but important things in her life kept bugging her. After a few minutes, she left him with his stuff.

"Why are you so spaced out, Minami?" Her colleague asked her as she kept gazing at the man's back. "I don't know why, but I'm getting a hunch this person is dangerous."

"I know our work is too exhausting, but you're watching too many mystery dramas," the colleague said, patting her shoulder. "In my eyes, that guy is nice, just how polite he is, unlike the jerks here."

Minami shook her head. 'I don't know why. I don't want my hunch to become reality. That's it.'

She resumed her work at the airport.

The man smoked a cigarette. He looked out the taxi window at the beautiful scenery. In his eyes, lots of memories arose. But he wasn't alone; there was another person on his side. He may be visible to everyone except the man.

The companion came near the man in a semi-visible form; only the man could see him. "Master… that female from that building has suspicion on you." His voice was harsh, causing discomfort to the man.

"It is okay, okay, she is an insignificant character in this game. So, I don't need to waste time." He removed the cigarette from his lips. "Our priority is Japan. Second last hub of supernatural powers… It is years. I'm looking forward to novel experiences this time since it is going to be the end."

"Yes. Master Angelcraft. Unlike us, they haven't fought enough." The companion laughed. "This time I won't hold back."

The Taxi driver was chill, crawling through his back. The person behind him is talking to himself. He finds this person weird. But he didn't naturally expose his thoughts to him.

"Sir, where do you want to go?" He politely asked while switching between the back seat and the front. "You didn't tell me yet."

"To Fuyuki City." The man attached the cigarette to his lips again. 'Let's see the new generation.'

In a distant dream.

Artoria was sitting with the man she loved. They were sitting in the sunlight. Artoria asked, "This is our 2nd date. With you, I feel like I'm in heaven." She holds the hand of her beloved. "I don't want this time to end."

"I want to," her beloved answered. She placed her head on the man's shoulder. "To be with you is my blessing."

Both of them are sitting on a grassy mountain. Her heartbeat started pounding again, and her face flushed like a blooming rose. This is where she can forget about the past and be present.

Then her beloved asked, "What do you do if I die?"

This was a question she never expected him to say at this time. She, however, remained calm with him.

"If you die, then I die with you." Her face flushed more. "I'll be together with you."

"Our fight hasn't ended." Her man asked. "The Final War is remaining, Sabre… And you have to pick your sword again for me and our world…"

Artoria snapped out of her dream while tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Shirou!"
