Chapter 33 - Chapter 33 Saeko Busujima Saw the saviors!

"Please save my classmates!"

After escaping danger, Saeko Busujima, pinned to the ground by Asuna and unable to move, immediately made a request after hearing the explanation.

She didn't want to ignore her classmates' cries for help.

If it weren't for her lack of strength, Saeko Busujima wouldn't have fled the school to seek refuge in the back mountain.

Looking down at the beautiful girl whose cheeks were stained with grass and dirt, Chen Hai naturally did not refuse.

Coming to this world was just to test his skills.

"Where are the classmates you mentioned now?"

Chen Hai gestured for Asuna to release Saeko Busujima, then asked softly.

Brushing off the weeds from her body and wiping the dust from the corners of her mouth, the somewhat disheveled Saeko Busujima raised her right hand, pointing towards the teaching building she had just fled from.

"The third floor... that should be the multimedia classroom."

"Then let's go take a look."

At the same time, Asuna picked up the wooden sword that had fallen to the ground and handed it to Saeko Busujima.

"Thank you..."

Saeko Busujima faced the blonde Sword Princess whose swordsmanship, technique, and speed completely surpassed her own, filled with nothing but curiosity.

How could one person be so powerful?

Was it really superpowers?

After all, Saeko Busujima hadn't forgotten the magic she had just witnessed.

"Speaking of which... what's your name...?"

Chen Hai knew the name of the girl in front of him, but still asked.

"I am Saeko Busujima, a third-year student at Fujimi High School."

"Then let's go, Classmate Busujima."

"Please follow me."

With that, Saeko Busujima, while maintaining her vigilance, began to retrace her steps.

Before long, Asuna and Chen Hai, led by Saeko Busujima, traversed the back mountain and arrived at a side entrance of a teaching building.

This building was full of novelty and unfamiliarity for Asuna, as she came from the world of is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon?, where everything seemed ancient and primitive.

"What is this thing? It looks like a box made of steel."

Asuna asked, pointing to a vending machine by the roadside.

"Or is it some kind of magic tool? But it doesn't resemble any I know..."

"That's a vending machine."

Saeko patiently explained.

"As long as you insert coins, you can get the items inside."

She then added,

"But these machines don't work anymore."

The front of the vending machine was stained with blood and somewhat damaged, possibly smashed by a 'Corpse'.

After saying this, Saeko Busujima looked at Asuna with confusion.

"Miss Asuna... forgive my rudeness, but is the place you live in a rural area without vending machines?"

"It's Orario."

"Orario? I have no recollection of that."

"A town where Adventurers gather."

"Adventurers?"

Another question arose.

Seeing Saeko Busujima frown, Chen Hai interrupted their conversation.

"Let's focus on the present first."

"Right... I understand, please come this way now."

Saeko Busujima said, then pushed open the door leading to the inside of the teaching building.

Behind the door was a cluttered space, strewn with students' discarded books, mobile phones, backpacks, and tablet computers.

Some items were stained with blood, causing a disgusting smell of rust to permeate the air.

"From here, we can go to the third floor."

Saeko Busujima finished speaking and led the way forward.

This time, Asuna stepped ahead of her.

"I'll take the lead."

Rather than having the panting, exhausted Saeko Busujima continue to lead the way, the stronger Asuna was clearly more suitable.

They moved up the stairs to the third floor.

Upon reaching the second floor, a low growl broke the surrounding silence.

Asuna immediately became alert, her hand unconsciously tightening on the longsword at her waist.

"Is it Corpses again?"

She asked softly, her expression turning serious.

"Yes."

Saeko's gaze followed the stairs.

"Because the students in the third-floor multimedia classroom are calling for help, it must have attracted a lot of scattered Corpses to gather there."

Before her words finished, a group of Corpses appeared in sight at the corner of the stairs leading to the third floor.

Without any hesitation, Asuna swiftly drew her longsword, preparing for battle.

She flashed, rushing into the enemy like a bolt of lightning, and as the sharp blade in her hand swung, the Corpses fell one after another, utterly defenseless.

"So strong…"

Saeko Busujima could only sigh in admiration and respect at this scene.

Unlike her own swordsmanship, Asuna's combat was much more efficient, swift, and decisive.

"It's all cleaned up, Mr. Chen Hai."

"Good, we're almost at our destination."

Everyone stepped over the fallen Corpses and arrived on the third floor.

And here, a group of over fifty Corpses blocked both sides of the corridor, and in their midst was the multimedia classroom door, which was being constantly knocked and smashed.

"This won't be easy."

Saeko said with a frown.

"There are so many Living Dead."

The enemies had suddenly increased tenfold.

But Saeko Busujima's concerns were quickly dismissed.

Chen Hai, who didn't let Asuna continue to act, walked to the front of the group.

Noticing the outsiders, the Living Dead, covered in blood with exposed wounds, turned to look at Chen Hai and his two companions.

"Annoying things."

Chen Hai said calmly, then extended his palm, and a ball of scorching flame condensed at his fingertips, forming a small fireball.

"Fire?"

Saeko looked at this scene in surprise.

Conjuring it out of thin air, is he really a magic user?!

"I'll test your experience points next time."

Chen Hai said, and with a gentle wave of his right hand, the ball of flame shot out like a fire snake with a mind of its own, rapidly spreading along the corridor.

It precisely enveloped every single Corpse, incinerating them instantly, while the surrounding walls, floor, and ceiling remained completely unscathed!

It was so simple to instantly kill all fifty-plus Living Dead, and it took less than two seconds… From this efficiency, cleaning up this school would only take minutes.

Now Saeko Busujima was certain.

The person before her was truly a "savior"!
