I reported mission failure.
"Alright."
Hiruzen readily accepted it.
"Orochimaru tried to give me some sort of seal by biting my neck. Thankfully, I had retreated using a shadow clone beforehand."
Hiruzen looked troubled by it, and decided to overshare things.
"It's a cursed seal. He has given one to his student, Anko."
"Oh."
So what do you want me to do about it?
From what little I have studied about fuinjutsu, cursed seals are called such not only because it is foul, but also very difficult to remove without severely harming the person who is given it. It's like a curse.
Without a special artifact like Sword of Totsuka, even Minato-sensei would have had difficulty in removing it without harming Anko.
Knowing this, I wonder what this old man wants.
"Kakashi. Add Anko—"
"No."
She will only be a burden.
Not only because she isn't strong and doesn't have support capabilities, but also because Orochimaru most likely can spy on us through her cursed seal.
While I don't think Orochimaru is obsessed with giving me a curse mark like with Sasuke and Itachi, and just tried it on a whim, I will not take any chances.
