Hitaru remained in shock, unable to react.
He felt his body soft, without firmness, as if it did not belong to him. His legs lacked the strength to hold him up, and he could barely stay on his feet. His mind lagged behind, still trying to understand what had just happened, unable to organize it or fully accept it.
To keep from collapsing, he clung to a story he knew by heart.
A story that always calmed him when he reached his limit, when he felt he could not go on any longer. It was the same one he had watched again and again before his suicide attempt, the one he used as an anchor when everything else fell apart.
The words began to play in his mind, clear and familiar.
"Hello everyone. Today I will present my first broadcast as a bearer on Witch. But before that, I want to tell you the story of another dimension: Mantara."
