Laura Lowell said it all in one breath, decisively hanging up before Aiden Shaw could say a word.
She tossed the phone aside and smacked her own guilty hands. 'Who told you to grope around? Can't you just behave? You're always getting me into trouble.'

The sharp lines of his profile, his dark, inky eyes and brows, his high-bridged nose, and that air of innate nobility he carried.
No matter how she looked at him, the man seemed as perfect as a god.
