The group arrived at the commercial district. The area was a sea of people, teeming with a level of prosperity and noise that was worlds apart from the previous town.
In Louen, the town they had first visited, the streets and buildings were dilapidated, and the foot traffic was sparse.
But the Royal Capital was unimaginably vibrant. Everywhere they looked, there were magic items, glowing magical signs, holographic displays, and magical streetlights.
"What is all this!"
"This is a surprise. They said it was a dictatorship, so I expected a run-down city. I never thought it would be this flashy!"
"It's nothing like Louen. It looks more like an amusement park."
Carla spoke with a hint of rage: "They're wasting magic. They stole all the magic from the world and the guilds, only to concentrate it all here in the capital. Building an entertainment city just to buy the citizens' support—it's disgusting!"

Wendy looked equally distressed.
They had originally thought that finding Mystogan would be the key to getting their magic back, but now they realized finding one man in a city this size was a nightmare.
"What should we do? Should we split up and look?"
Lucy asked. Splitting up might be faster, but it wouldn't be easy.
Kael spoke up: "There's no need for that much trouble."
"Kael, you have an idea?"
Kael nodded: "Yeah. Instead of us looking for him, why don't we make him come to us?"
"How?"
The group turned to Kael, their curiosity piqued.
Kael pointed toward the Royal Palace. "If I go over there and smash the palace to pieces, he'll definitely show up."

While the method was undeniably reckless, they had to admit it was effective.
"Mhm... my mana is mostly recovered. Time to get to work."

Old Man Whitebeard lacked mobility. Yoriichi's raw stats were a bit low for this. Toji Fushiguro had incredible physical prowess, but relying solely on taijutsu was too inefficient for this task.
Against these low-stat ordinary humans, Gojo was the most efficient choice.

An entire building collapsed into rubble, sending massive chunks of stone scattering in every direction.

Countless soldiers were crushed and fell screaming.

Natsu and the others gasped.
They knew Kael wouldn't hold back, but they didn't expect him to lead with such a massive opening move.
"What's happening?!"
Inside the war room, the high-ranking officials felt the violent tremors.
"Your Majesty!!"
"Your Majesty————!!"
"It's bad! It's bad! Your Majesty!!"
A young girl who looked like a rabbit ran in frantically, pacing in circles.
King Faust spoke: "Coco! Stop panicking. Speak, what's going on?!"
Coco slammed on the brakes: "An attack!! We're under attack!! Your Majesty!! An enemy is raiding the palace!!"

Every kingdom in the world of Edolas had been crushed; there were no enemies left. And yet, someone was attacking the palace.

The palace shook violently once again.

King Faust was becoming enraged.
The Captain of the First Magic War Division, Panther Lily, spoke up: "Your Majesty, let me handle this!"

At this moment, Kael was in full "one-man army" mode.
