"I know you're lying," Jim said and after a long pause muttered in a shy tone.
"You are one of the smartest people I know in my life and I met quite a few people in my journey as a musician. There is no way that you're a bit better than average."

"The real question is what really happened in between you becoming broke and the choice your father made? Cause that explains why you're here. ",
- " Doesn't matter anyway. It's not like it will change the past if I talk about me. "
" True. ", Jim said.
Jim then spotted a new late night walker and pleaded with him for money while pointing at David.
As always, the 14 year old was the one used for pity.
" Yessss! 10 copper coins this time. We can buy a real meal. Little boy you are a gift from heaven itself. " Jim said.
- " The only time you care about me is when you're bored or when I get you money." David replied.
After a short argument, they decided that they would use the money they gained from begging for food.
Jim and David had to choose between two things everyday: Sleep or Food.
On days when they felt that they could manage their hunger, they would go into an inn and beg the shopkeeper for two small mats and a little corner that he could give them to sleep inside for the night.
After 2 years together, Jim and David were really close. They knew everything about each other. The only thing that remained a secret between them was David's past.
Anyway,
After eating, they slept on cardboard mats on the rough floor of the alley. After 6 long years, the alley was in fact considered home by the both of them..
In the morning, Jim was the first to wake up and called David by name.
Something that was truly rare in their relationship. Simply because David had the same name as his father. The one that abandoned him.
Jim learned to not say David's name the hard way as the boy immediately flew into rage. It happened when David had to register to get the occasional food that the city gave for homeless people. Jim heard it and kept saying it to him. That was the first time they fought against each other.
" What the hell is happening, David ! Wake up! Wake up! ", Jim had difficulty pronouncing his sentence as if he was scared; and he was.
" I told you to never call me that again ! Call me Morek that's my mom's last name and my middle name. I already told you! ", he said while waking up.
David looked at the direction that Jim was pointing and saw something that was monstrous yet beautiful. It looked surreal and was transparent or close to it at least. It descended from the sky with 6 wings and if you looked at it really carefully, you would see its only colored features. Its black eyes that were like looking at an endless void. The creature was holding something that looked like a microphone.
" Ah, ITS TIME FOR OUR BIGGEST EVENT !!"
