Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: Saiyan Glory Armor

Frieza lowered his head, not daring to hesitate in the slightest, and replied immediately, "I am willing to serve Lord Beerus."

Beerus's lips curled into a cold smile. "Destroy the Saiyans."

With those words, he didn't wait for Frieza's response. Beerus and Whis vanished instantly. Having eaten and drunk his fill, Beerus was eager to return to the World of Destruction for a long nap.

Only after confirming that Beerus had truly left did Frieza slowly straighten his body. He floated lightly before returning to his spacecraft.

He raised a slender hand and pressed a button on the exquisite scouter at his ear.

"Dodoria, come here."

With that, he decisively cut the communication.

Frieza poured himself another glass of rich red wine and took a slow sip, his lips shimmering like purple gemstones. Yet his expression remained gloomy.

Before long, a massive, bloated figure entered the chamber. His round belly looked ready to burst from his armor at any moment.

A pie-like face, two small eyes that occasionally flashed with cunning, bald head, pink skin—comical to look at, yet terrifying in reputation.

In front of Frieza, however, Dodoria was cautious to the extreme.

The moment he entered, he bowed deeply. "Lord Frieza."

Frieza nodded faintly, a gentle yet chilling smile on his face. "Dodoria, you've arrived."

Dodoria straightened nervously. "Lord Frieza, have you summoned me for an important task?"

Frieza slowly swirled the wine in his glass and asked casually, "Have you heard of the Saiyans?"

Dodoria shook his head immediately, looking confused. "No. I haven't. Where did Lord Frieza learn of such a race?"

Frieza let out a low laugh. "Hohoho… my ancestors left behind a legend—beware of golden-haired Saiyans. That makes me rather curious."

Dodoria quickly tapped his scouter, scanning through records. After a brief moment, he replied,

"According to our intelligence, the Saiyans suffered a devastating civil war about a hundred years ago. Their homeworld, Planet Salad, was completely destroyed."

"Based on this, they should already be extinct."

Frieza sneered. "No. They're still alive—hiding somewhere, clinging to survival."

"Prepare my ship. This King is going out."

Dodoria bowed again. "Yes, Lord Frieza. I'll prepare it immediately."

After Dodoria left, Frieza's expression darkened further.

Beerus had ordered him to destroy the Saiyans—but hadn't told him where they were.

At this point, Frieza could only search blindly. No matter what, he had to show Beerus his attitude and determination.

Half an hour later, a massive, majestic battleship launched from Planet Frieza No. 1's spaceport, streaking into space like a bolt of lightning.

Half a month later…

Paragus stood respectfully beneath the throne, reporting to Bardock, who sat high above.

"Your Majesty, after half a month of systematic martial arts training, all adult Saiyans—excluding newborns—have surpassed a battle power of 10,000. The number continues to rise."

A satisfied smile appeared on Bardock's face. "Good. How many Saiyans do we have now?"

Paragus answered without hesitation. "After the fertility encouragement policy you issued, Your Majesty, the total population has exceeded one million. Approximately 400,000 are newborns."

Bardock nodded solemnly. "The care of newborns must be handled with the utmost attention. They are the future of the Saiyan race."

"Also, the childbirth encouragement policy must continue. A strong population base is the foundation of our future domination of the universe."

"Yes!" Paragus responded firmly.

At that moment, Toma, a member of the Royal Guard, entered and saluted. "Your Majesty, Dr. Mu requests an audience."

Bardock raised an eyebrow slightly. "Dr. Mu usually lives in the Imperial Research Institute, researching day and night. Why is he here today? Let him in."

Moments later, Dr. Mu entered, wearing a white lab coat and beaming with excitement. He bowed respectfully.

"King Vegeta."

By Saiyan law, only Saiyans could address Bardock as "Your Majesty." All other races were required to call him "King Vegeta."

Bardock had instituted this rule to strengthen Saiyan pride and identity—an intentional form of ideological reinforcement.

"You may dispense with the formalities," Bardock said calmly. "Judging by your expression, Dr. Mu, I assume you bring good news?"

Dr. Mu's eyes burned with excitement. "Your Majesty is truly a genius. The battle armor you designed has been completed!"

He clapped his hands, and five robots entered, each carrying a display stand.

Bardock smiled faintly to himself. Designed? I only made requests.

The Saiyans' current armor was still an old design inherited from the people of Planet Plant, merely recolored.

After three years, the Saiyans finally had their own exclusive armor.

This new Saiyan Glory Armor was conceptualized by Bardock, inspired by the Tek Suit from a game he once played in his previous life—ARK: Survival Evolved.

The helmet featured sleek, sharp lines, perfectly contoured to a Saiyan's head. It provided full protection and was equipped with advanced communication and scanning systems, allowing warriors to instantly analyze enemies.

In oxygen-rich environments, the helmet could fold into a monocular visor through brainwave control.

The chest plate was forged from ultra-high-strength alloy, capable of withstanding devastating impacts.

At the same time, its flexible toughness prevented the embarrassing problem of armor shattering when Saiyans transformed into Great Apes.

The arm and leg guards offered both protection and power-assist systems, enhancing strength and speed, making Saiyan warriors even more lethal in combat.

The device mounted on the back was the true core of the armor.

It could generate an energy shield, provide flight capabilities, and even produce oxygen.

With this, Saiyans could fight freely in the vacuum of space—preventing enemies from destroying their ships and causing unnecessary non-combat losses.

Bardock stepped forward, carefully examining the armor, his eyes filled with satisfaction.

"Dr. Mu," he asked calmly, "what is the maximum gravity system this battle armor can support?"
