Whummm—
As if responding to her, the Stone hummed, soft.
Lucille could feel the relic in her hands, though what she could see was only the view through Ashrik's eyes. Now his gaze was almost blurry and shaky.

Falling to his knees, he groaned, "Grrhhh!"
Lucille felt Ashrik's lungs burning for air.
He still tried to break free of the restraints around his core, but was pinned and suppressed again and again. His power flickered like a dying flame.
Her heart pounded so violently she thought she might break apart before he did. Every painful groan expelled from his mouth tore into her heart.
Lucille cried, voice shaking, "Please... Help him!"
Whummm—
