Hey! Everyone. Before getting in this story there are some things I should say first, so it can be a better experience for you, dear reader:
The most important is that English is not my mother tongue, so keep that in mind if you see some mistakes or if things sound a bit weird. I wrote this story originally in Spanish, but I'm trying to make and adaptation, not a literal translation.
That said, as far as I know, English novels used quotation marks ("") for dialogues, however, it doesn't feel right for me. So, as a spanish speaker, I'll use dashes (—).
So instead of: "Hi", I said, "how are you?"
Dialogues would look like this: —Hi —I said—. How are you?
It may seem complicated, but it's quite easy: whenever you see a Dash (—) at the very beginning of the senteces (and it being separated from the paragraphs) it'll be a dialogue.
Another thing is that this story is a rom-com but I also tried to make it a satire, so there will be some clichés, keep in mind that it is on purpose to sound like the "typical love story".
