059 Is it at a Stalemate?

In Alicia's solitary refuge, Red Queen injected Alicia with the Main God-version of the T-virus.
At this moment, on the surface, Alicia's condition appeared to have greatly improved.
"Red Queen, check Alicia's condition," Marcus ordered.
"Yes, sir," Red Queen replied without hesitation.

Marcus checked the information displayed on the tablet. He had previously seen Wesker's test data and remembered some of it. He asked, "I've noticed a problem."
Marcus pointed to the information on the tablet and continued, "In terms of cell vitality index, Wesker's index is 842, but why is Alicia's only 291?"
Although Marcus didn't know what counting method Umbrella Corporation used for cell vitality, both were the Main God-version T-virus, yet Wesker's cell vitality index was 842 while Alicia's was only a little over a third. Clearly, there was a problem, right?
Red Queen didn't shy away from this question. "Because Mr. Wesker's physical abilities far surpass Alicia's. Mr. Wesker underwent extensive training in the security department, and his physical abilities are almost at the peak of ordinary humans. Coupled with the enhancement from the T-virus, his cell vitality index is naturally much higher."

"According to Dr. Isaacs's plan, when the T-virus destroys the vast majority of humanity, our Umbrella Corporation will release an airborne anti-T-virus agent to kill any remaining T-virus," Red Queen explained Dr. Isaacs's plan.
Alicia frowned and ordered, "Immediately release the airborne anti-T-virus agent."
"I'm sorry, Alicia, the anti-T-virus hasn't been successfully developed yet. Dr. Isaacs has only proposed this plan; it will take approximately three years to succeed," Red Queen explained.
Marcus interjected, "I originally wanted to speed up this project, but I can't interfere with Dr. Isaacs's project."
"I can," Alicia replied. "Red Queen, immediately mobilize all resources to accelerate the anti-T-virus project."
Marcus followed up with a question, "If enough resources are invested, how long will it take to complete the anti-T-virus drug project?"
Red Queen replied, "It's impossible to calculate. The anti-T-virus project is being led by a clone of Dr. Isaacs, but Dr. Isaacs used the Real Emotions Project and the Memory Weaving Project. His clone is essentially an independent person, focused on completing the anti-T-virus. It's difficult for us to interfere too much."
Marcus asked doubtfully, "I remember the head of the North American headquarters is also a clone of Dr. Isaacs, but his authority is only Level 5, and he even needs to take orders from Wesker, right?"
