Chapter 375 - GAM Ch 375: Three Years of Anime Replacements

Despite Garfield's various acts of noncooperation, Lacus, Athrun, and the three tools Nicol, Yzak, and Dearka had spent the afternoon playing around without completing the intelligence test on Garfield.

Afterward, the highly intelligent Athrun analyzed the situation and confirmed that Garfield's intelligence was likely not low.

He was simply refusing to cooperate.

Lacus was satisfied with Athrun's analysis, and after dinner, the group was picked up by their family drivers and taken home.

Because a certain self proclaimed master level thinker, educator, and philosopher was not a native of PLANT, Patrick Zala gave Siegel face and let him go, but this did not mean he was entitled to remain in the PLANT capital.

After resting at the Clyne house for two days, he left in a shuttle under the supervision of personnel sent by Patrick Zala.

If Siegel Clyne wanted to secretly bring him back for further training, it would not be so easy.

His teaching plan for Lacus was interrupted, so he could only let Lacus go to school first and then make further plans.

Because the Coordinators have much higher IQs, the curriculum for five or six year old kids is already at the level of third or fourth graders in a Natural elementary school.

And as their learning pace accelerates, they will reach the level of a normal Natural graduating from university around fifteen or sixteen years old.

Lacus entered into intense study, and incidentally, because of her good voice, she learned another talent.

Singing and dancing.

She eventually gave up basketball due to developmental issues, and Lacus ultimately focused on singing and dancing.

Three years passed in a flash.

Three years after three years.

How many three year periods are there.

I, Garfield Pando Godzilla Pendragon, the uncrowned king of the Star Wars world, the rightful king of Carter Manor, am actually watching a pink haired kid grow from a five or six year old to an eight or nine year old kid in this world.

Am I really that idle.

Thinking about it carefully, it really did not seem like a big deal.

What pleased Garfield was that, without the influence of some self proclaimed master level thinker, educator, or philosopher, the core of the little pink girl remained pink, rather than the dark, scheming, and manipulative woman she would become in the future.

For the past three years, Garfield had not just been eating and sleeping.

Behind the scenes, he had been making arrangements according to his own plan.

For example, since Siegel Clyne could not bring that self proclaimed master level thinker, educator, or philosopher to his homeland to teach his little pink girl, he had the man record the lessons and send them over.

Garfield received them from the butler and, without a word, replaced them with popular anime.

Lacus, seeing it was an anime, naturally did not say anything and watched it with great interest before handing it back to the butler.

The butler, according to normal procedure, should have destroyed it, but Garfield treasured it.

What surprised Garfield the most was an anime called Macross, whose plot was exactly the same as what he had seen when he was still human.

Could there be some connection between these worlds.

Garfield thought the giant, teleporting swarms in a certain version of Macross Frontier were a good thing, if he could control them.

He set a small goal.

If he had the chance, he would go check them out and maybe even capture their queen.

With the cooperation of Garfield, the butler, and Lacus, Lacus's education had deviated from her father Siegel Clyne's original expectations.

One Friday afternoon, a pink figure bounced home after singing and dancing lessons.

"Garfield, I am home."

She scooped up Garfield, who was sleeping in his bed, spun him around a couple of times, and held him up in front of her. "Garfield, did you miss me."

Garfield thought to himself.

Foolish two legged creature, put me down.

"You really missed me, you know. I did a really difficult dance today. I will show you later. Let us take a bath first."

Bath.

No.

I do not need a bath.

I am perfectly clean.

Go away.

Garfield was carried into the bathroom by Lacus.

He sighed helplessly.

I hate taking baths, especially with a brat like this.

The splashing bubbles, the constant spraying of water, the brat's happy laughter, the maid's soothing voice, and Garfield's helpless sighs.

This was his daily routine.

Athrun, I closed my eyes.

That is good enough for you.

After washing up, they returned to Lacus's room with its balcony and huge floor to ceiling windows.

Among a bunch of plush toys, Lacus picked up each one and played with them, then rode her robot vacuum cleaner for a while.

After finishing all that, Pinky put Garfield on a stool.

"Garfield, let me show you my dance today. The teachers all praised me for dancing so well."

Little Pinky danced gracefully in front of Garfield, like a cute little elf.

So adorable.

Kids are definitely better when they are young.

Once they grow up, they either go through rebellious puberty or go astray, becoming something no one likes.

Should he do something to completely change the future of this world, so that they would not have to worry about war causing so many tragedies.

"Garfield, how was my dance."

Garfield gave his approval.

Pretty good.

"Unfortunately, Daddy is working overtime again, and Mommy is not here either."

Little Pinky hugged Garfield, tears streaming down her face.

Ecstasy.

Garfield could not stand seeing people cry, especially cute little kids.

He reached out and patted Little Pinky's head, rubbing it gently.

Waaaaaah.

The pink cat in front of her, swatted by Garfield's paw, cried even harder, tears and snot streaming down her face.

And this crying pink cat had an incurable habit.

Rubbing Garfield's face against hers.

Rubbing, rubbing.

Her fur was covered in snot and tears.

Taking advantage of the cat's inattention, Garfield cast a cleaning spell on himself, followed by a waterproof and moisture proof spell, and everything was done.

Waaaaaah.

Mommy, Lacus misses you so much.

Sigh.

Little Lacus, can you please stop crying.

"Waaaaaah, Mommy."

"How about I summon your mother's spirit so you can meet her."

Lacus, her face streaked with tears and snot, looked around but saw no one.

Completely bewildered, she glanced around.

Garfield extended his paw and waved it in front of Lacus. "Hey, little pinky, look here. I am here."

"Sigh, the cat can talk now."

Garfield scoffed. "I am not a cat, okay."

"Then what are you. A monster. Did someone's Garfield eat you."

"You are the monster. I am the infamous Flerken of the universe. Let me explain."

The pink figure sat upright in front of Garfield, waiting for him to explain.
