That evening, Emma's house was filled with the warm glow of hanging lights. The aroma of pumpkin soup spread through the dining room. Jackson had arrived early and helped her prepare dinner. The two sat across from each other, candlelight flickering in their eyes.
"Emma, you look very happy today," Jackson remarked, a faint smile appearing on his handsome face.
"Yes, I have some good news I want to share with you," she replied, her cheeks slightly flushed.
"I'm listening," Jackson said, setting down his chopsticks and looking at her attentively.
"I contacted Rose Orphanage and proposed taking the children for checkups and treatment at Family International Hospital. The director was very pleased and agreed," Emma said, unable to hide the excitement in her voice.
"That's a wonderful idea, Emma. I'm very proud of you," Jackson said, his eyes full of admiration.
