Season 1 – Episode 2: Well, General
Yowai Sato floated in the air.
His body was suspended as if the world had released its grip on him. His arms hung loosely at his sides, his school uniform torn and stained, fluttering despite the absence of wind. His eyes were wide open—yet completely white, stripped of life and focus.
An unstable aura leaked from him, invisible but heavy, pressing down on the space around his body like a warning.
Then—
Everything turned black.
A voice echoed through the darkness.
"It's time."
The words were calm, absolute, and carried authority that could not be questioned.
"The gates of the afterlife call your name."
A cloaked figure hovered high in the air, its form blurred by darkness. Below it lay a kingdom once known for beauty—white stone towers, glowing streets, laughter filling the air.
The memory twisted.
The sky tore open.
A massive monster descended, its presence alone shattering the balance of the land. Its roar split the heavens. In seconds, walls collapsed, streets cracked open, and fire consumed everything.
Thousands died.
Homes burned.
The kingdom was erased.
The memory shattered violently.
"FUGA!"
Yowai jolted awake, gasping for air.
Pain surged through his body, but not the sharp, tearing kind he expected. It was deep—like soreness after being reforged rather than injured.
Before he could process anything—
SMACK.
A sharp impact hit the side of his head.
"Didn't I tell you to STAY INSIDE?!" a furious voice roared.
Yowai slowly turned his head.
Standing beside his hospital bed was his mother, Ms. Nasuya, gripping a broom like an execution weapon. Her eyes burned with pure murderous intent.
"It's over now, young man," she snapped. "Say your last prayer."
"WAIT—!"
She raised the broom again—
"ENOUGH!"
A young nurse stepped between them.
She was slim, sharp-eyed, with short dark hair and a white medical coat that clearly hadn't been tailored for her yet.
"Madam," she said firmly, "he's still recovering. If you continue hitting him, he may actually die."
Ms. Nasuya froze, then clicked her tongue.
"Fine," she muttered. "But when we get home, I'm killing him."
Another nurse rushed in, panic on her face.
"Ms. Nasuya! Emergency room—patients are rapidly losing aura!"
That made her turn instantly.
She stepped toward the door—then stopped.
A doctor burst into the room, breathing heavily, holding a glowing tablet.
"Ms. Nasuya," he said urgently, "this report concerns your son. You need to see this."
She took the tablet.
Her eyes widened.
Slowly, she looked at Yowai—really looked at him.
"…It's true," she said.
Yowai frowned. "What is?"
"You have no external or internal injuries," she said. "And you've grown taller. Your body structure is denser."
The doctor swallowed.
"And his aura," he added, "has skyrocketed."
Shizu Uchiha, the nurse who stopped the beating, froze. "Skyrocketed…?"
The doctor nodded. "In this world, aura is life itself. It drives human strength, magic, weapons, kingdoms—everything."
He continued, serious now.
"There are four recognized aura ranks.
"Fighter Rank—the level of guards and standard knights.
"General Rank—earned only after a fighter reaches absolute mastery. Those who command armies.
"Royal Rank—overwhelming presence, exclusive to royal bloodlines.
"And above all…"
His voice lowered.
"Holy Knight Rank. The last hope of humanity. Unmatched. This rank cannot be trained into—it is either gifted at birth or gained through a second awakening thought to be impossible."
The room was silent.
"We opened his identity card," the doctor finished. "And his rank jumped from the lowest… straight to General."
"…WHAT?!" Shizu shouted.
Ms. Nasuya handed the tablet back calmly. "We'll talk later. Patients first."
She left immediately.
Shizu stared at Yowai. "Your mother didn't even smile…"
"…Well done, Yowai," she added quietly.
She left.
The room fell silent.
"General rank…" Yowai whispered.
Fragments returned.
A demon.
A throne.
A vow.
"…Be immortal."
He grabbed his head.
"Come out," he muttered. "Lord Fuga. Come out."
The air darkened.
Fuga appeared—now in a human-like form. Tall. Calm. Draped in dark robes. His presence alone warped the space around him.
"Yes, Yowai," Fuga said. "What do you need?"
"You look human," Yowai said. "What happened?"
"We are now one," Fuga replied. "This form is… efficient."
"So I really got your power?"
Fuga laughed proudly. "A fraction."
"WEAK?" Yowai shouted. "I'm General rank!"
"To me," Fuga said calmly, "that is child's play."
BOOM.
The door exploded inward.
"I LEFT MY JACKET—"
Shizu froze.
"…Who are you?"
She instantly took a stance. "Temple of Magic: Ice Swords!"
Dozens of ice blades formed.
Time stopped.
Fuga vanished.
He appeared behind her.
Time resumed.
The attack missed, destroying the room.
Fuga struck her neck gently.
She collapsed asleep.
"Did I miss anything?" Yowai asked.
"No," Fuga said. "Just noise."
Then—
"Look outside."
A monster-like human emerged from a portal, his aura wild and violent.
He raised his sword.
Pointed it toward the human army.
"CHARGE."
Human-like monsters riding massive beasts stormed forward.
Humans charged back.
Steel clashed. Aura exploded.
"Hey, kid," Fuga's voice echoed. "Look up."
Two overwhelming presences descended from the sky.
The King of Crystal de Frost
and the King of Empire.
Royal aura tore through the battlefield, blasting monsters apart and reigniting hope in the soldiers' hearts.
The battle became chaos—death from every direction.
Then—
Another monster stepped forward.
"Spicks can't lose," he muttered. "Master won't like Spicks to lose."
Dark magic surged.
"Enchanted thorns."
The attack pierced the King of Empire, Masura Ishikawa.
He fell.
The Empire's soldiers screamed in rage.
Spicks frowned.
"…Spicks was wrong."
Humanity's determination surged—but still, the six higher beasts remained.
One by one, soldiers fell.
Spicks crushed the arm of King Gachi Barou.
"Bye-bye," Spicks said. "Next kingdom."
Before he could strike—
His hand was severed.
He looked up.
A man stood calmly before him.
White armor. Frozen aura.
Holy Knight Karin Fukuda.
The Cold Knight.
Spicks trembled.
"…His aura… almost like Lord—"
"Sorry I'm late," Karin said calmly. "Had errands."
Spicks fled.
"Bring humans to Master!" he ordered the six beasts.
Karin restored the King's arm.
"I'm leaving," he said. "You're safe."
As Spicks ran—
His body collapsed.
He looked down.
No body.
Only his head—held by Karin.
"…Impossible…"
The head fell.
Spicks died.
Then the scene shifts to the 6 monsters looking for humans to bring to there master since spicks dead, then a monster spot the open hole in the hospital and saw Lord fuga and yowati, then the monster sends a message through brain waves to the other five and were headed to the hospital, then yowai started to get scared and said we need to hide or we are dead then Lord fuga says you have powers fool, then yowai says but how do I use it ,then the scene shifts outside and the people in the hospital see yowai standing there waiting for the monsters and they tell him to get out of there and he's weak and all that then the monsters got close to yowai then he said black gifted: devour, then with that move he took out there life, aka aura leaving only bones.
Silence ruled the area outside the hospital.
Where the six monsters once stood, only pale bones remained—scattered, lifeless, stripped of all aura. The wind passed through them as if mocking their existence.
No one spoke.
Doctors. Nurses. Patients. Even the guards—all stared at Yowai as if he were something unreal.
Yowai slowly turned his head.
"Was… was that good, Lord Fuga?"
Fuga crossed his arms, unimpressed.
"I could have done it better."
They walked back inside the hospital together.
Inside, the shock hadn't worn off. Ms. Nasuya stood frozen, tears streaming down her face—but she was smiling.
"…You idiot," she whispered.
When Yowai passed Shizu, she was still unconscious on the floor, murmuring softly in her sleep.
"I love you… my little pony, Yowai…"
Fuga burst out laughing, his deep, kingly voice echoing through the hall.
Moments later—
SMACK.
Yowai found himself face-first on the floor.
"WHAT DID I TELL YOU?!" his mother yelled, standing over him with her foot firmly planted on his back.
Fuga laughed harder.
Ms. Nasuya turned slowly.
Fuga immediately stopped laughing.
She stared at him.
"…You," she said coldly.
Fuga straightened. "I am innocent."
She grabbed Yowai by the collar, pulled him up, then suddenly hugged him tightly.
"Don't ever," she whispered, voice trembling, "do something that stupid again… or you'll really die."
"I—yes, Mom…"
"I love you," she said softly.
The moment broke when security rushed in.
"Ms. Nasuya," one of them said, bowing slightly, "we have a message from the King—for Yowai Sato."
Yowai blinked. "Me?"
"They confirmed your identity card," the guard continued. "Your rank has officially reached General. The King requests your presence at the palace."
"…What?" Yowai said.
"And," the guard added, "he thanks you for eliminating the six remaining monsters. You were the only one capable of doing so."
Shizu, now awake, suddenly sat up.
"WAIT—WHAT?!" she shouted. "My boyfriend just became a General?!"
"I'm not your—!"
"How did they even know?" Yowai muttered.
Ms. Nasuya locked him under her arm and squeezed his neck.
"They saw your rank upgrade, you fool," she snapped. "Think."
"I'll go tomorrow," Yowai said, coughing. "For now… I need rest."
Another nurse approached nervously.
"Um… everyone here wanted to thank you," she said. "They were too shy to come in person, so they wrote letters."
She stepped closer.
"But I wanted to thank you myself."
Before Yowai could react—
She leaned in and kissed him gently on the cheek.
"Thank you… hero."
Yowai's face turned bright red.
"Y–You're welcome!"
"HEY—NO FAIR!"
Shizu lunged forward. "I wanna kiss Yowai too!"
"WAIT—SHIZU, STOP—!"
The hall erupted into chaos as Yowai tried desperately to escape, Shizu chased him, nurses laughed, and Ms. Nasuya sighed deeply.
From above it all—
Fuga laughed.
Loud. Proud. Like a king watching his world unfold.
