"Boy, where the fuck have you been?" Kennedy uttered vociferously, not caring how he sounded.
Lenny met up with the enraged K&B party. They glared at him, not hiding their irritation towards him.
Lenny softly exhaled, he bowed before the party, "I'm…I'm sorry, while you guys were busy, I decided to stroll around the Sanctuary" Lenny stammered a bit, acting a bit scared before the party.
Kennedy gritted his teeth, his fist clenched tightly, "Goodness" He roared, "You are not only weak but useless as well"
"Can't a trash like you stay in one place without loitering around?" Kennedy raised his voice.
"Are the Nights really this useless?"
Lenny frowned a little, but quickly hid it. He watched as Kennedy kept on ranting and belittling him.
Not showing any signs of rage.
Instead, the young boy stood infuriated, his eyelid twitched for a second, "Lenny" The young boy called out.
"...." In order not to act suspiciously, Lenny refused to answer the call of the young boy.
The young boy continued, "This bastard needs to die" He cursed out loud, struggling to suppress his rage.
"Calm down, brother, he won't be living for long," Lenny whispered. Kennedy was out of control.
Resulting in Jay stepping in, a subtle smile appeared on Jay's face, "You have said enough Kennedy, Lenny is still a member of the K&B party"
"Useless or not, we must treat him with respect" Jay stated. Kennedy shrugged, but didn't retort.
Lenny's lips curled into a faint smile, 'Useless huh?' He chuckled inwardly, 'Let's see who lives to see sunrise'
Seeing that Kennedy took a step back, Jay took a deep breath, and he glanced at Lenny, observing his expression.
He stepped forward, patting Lenny on the shoulder, "Lenny" He called out, prompting Lenny to tilt his gaze, "Yes?" He asked.
Jay exhaled a soft sigh, "Kennedy may be harsh sometimes, but don't take it to the heart, he means well," Jay advised.
Lenny nodded with a smile, "I have no reason to be angry, Kennedy was right….I should never have left the base and roamed the Sanctuary"
"I apologise." Lenny bowed, Jay nodded, "It's good to see you are a well-mannered young man. Now that everything is settled, it's time to leave," Jay stated.
Lenny raised an eyebrow, his eyes scanned through the K&B party.
They were originally four members, with him making their numbers five, but excluding him, he could see a fifth member.
A new recruit, she wasn't tall, yet wasn't short either.
But she was sure taller than Lenny, standing at 5'11.
Being petite with a slender, having firm round boobs and curvy waist, with long silver hair that touches her waist, her golden eyes glistened in the moonlight.
Draped in an ash leathered battle suit, she held a grey staff, smiling sheepishly the moment she locked eyes with Lenny, "Who is she?" Lenny asked..
Jay slightly tilted his head. He glanced at the silver haired lady for a moment before smiling, "Oh?"
"That's the new recruit" Jay answered.
Lenny slightly frowned, "The new recruit?" He asked, and the silver haired lady nodded with a giggle, taking a step forward.
"Yes, Mr. Jay is right," She paused for a second, "My name is Crystal, a Rank 2 Fallen Regulator, and I'll be participating in the expedition as a support," She explained.
Jay wrapped his arm around Lenny's shoulder, "Crystal's correct, I spent a lot of time thinking about our little expedition"
"It's dangerous and I'm the only Rank 2 Fallen Regulator in the party, so I hired a colleague of mine," Jay stated.
He pointed at the young lady identified as Crystal. He continued, "Crystal is a sorceress, you know what that means, right?" Jay asked.
Lenny nodded, Jay grinned, "Good, she'll be supporting you on the task of distracting the Level 7 Wanderer rank Apocalypse creature while we take out the boss monster"
The introduction was quick, no one needed Lenny's approval or suggestions since he was weak.
Whatever they told him to do, he's meant to comply with the orders.
Lenny stayed quiet. He observed the new recruit for a moment; he wasn't alone, as the young boy's eyes were also glued on her.
"A sorceress huh? What a joke," The young boy scoffed. Lenny's lips curled into a dark grin.
"So you noticed huh?" Lenny asked, the young boy shrugged, "Of course I did, who do you think I am?" He asked.
The young boy lingered for a second, "She's no sorceress but an Unknown" He reported.
Lenny nodded. He added, "Yeah, she's a dangerous one at that…"

Lenny observed the party for a moment before his gaze fell upon Crystal, the second they locked eyes..
Crystal winked at Lenny, causing Lenny to scoff as he turned his head away, "What the hell is this bitch up to?" Lenny grunted.
He wasn't able to read her, which indeed made him worried.
He felt unease.
Jay cleared his throat, "Midnight's drawing near, we need to cross the secret route from the forest of Anarky into the unexplored region"
"Once we step into the soil of the unexplored region, we'll kick start our expedition"
"For now, don't waste your strength" Jay instructed, since they were embarking on a scouting mission.
There was no need to sneak out of the Telvian Sanctuary; the K&B party left the safety of the Sanctuary.
