"Whatever it is, I couldn't care less," she replied, gritting her teeth while ignoring the pain that was caused by the sudden grab.
A dangerous chuckle escaped from his mouth as Venessa was prepared to hear something harsher from him and then a hand emerged on the back of his shoulder.
"That's enough."
A very familiar cool voice crossed both of their thoughts as Venessa saw Arthur slowly let his eyes drop towards the strong hold of Stefan on her wrist.
"Are you okay?" He asked, ignoring the fact that his presence bewildered Stefan greatly. He must be connecting two with two right now.
As soon as she felt the grip becoming softer, she snapped out of Stefan's hold and rubbed the place gently. Her yellowish tanned skin helped her not to leave any bruise simply from the grab.
"Yeah… I'm done here, let's go."
As she was about to leave, Stefan grabbed her wrist again although with less force. "I didn't finish talking."
