 Title: Point—Lee Seon-ho is a Fucking Retard

 (Lee Seon-ho illustration)

That fucking retard with the blatantly OP ability 'Suggestion' who does jack shit with it.

Honestly, if this bastard just had that ability, he could solve pretty much every heroine's problems, but instead of using it to 'save' them, he just creeps around them like a weirdo.

Han Sora <- If Lee Seon-ho just hit her with a Suggestion to calm down, her sniper accuracy would skyrocket.

Kim Isabel <- If Lee Seon-ho Suggested she act relaxed, she could push through her androphobia and get treatment.

Choi Marie <- If Lee Seon-ho Suggested she hold her ground, she wouldn't charge in recklessly on her own.

Not to mention he could solo-fix every other minor heroine's issues, but with this golden ability, all he does is brainwash himself with 'I'm handsome' lol.

The only combat use is planting 'courage' in Cha Eun-ju lol.

Fine, whatever. Say he's a pure-love guy (he's not) and sticks to just Cha Eun-ju. But the hilarious part? He can't even fuck her in the end lol.

A bastard with near-hypnotic 'Suggestion' who can't score his favorite heroine? He's probably the only one.

If I were Lee Seon-ho, I'd have railed Kim Isabel, Han Sora, and Choi Marie without hesitation. And turned Cha Eun-ju into my personal onahole ages ago lmao.

Personal onahole lol look at this vulgar asshole lol.

 — ㅇㅇ (39.7)

Honestly, spot on. Problem is not just that he's trash, but he's a stupid kind of trash.

 — EunjuShipper

 ↳ Reply

Tsk tsk. Lee Seon-ho is loyal to Cha Eun-ju, so he wouldn't have trash ideas like yours.

 — ㅇㅇ (211.219)

 ↳ Reply

Loyal to Cha Eun-ju but creeps on every female character that shows up.

 — TrulyGodNovel

 ↳ Reply

Loyal to Cha Eun-ju but hasn't even gone on a single date with her, let alone fucked her.

 — MutationFetishist

 ↳ Reply

Loyal to Cha Eun-ju but makes her drain her mana until exhaustion and abandons her.

Putting it all together... yeah, he's a real piece of trash.

 — WhatNickname

Retard, that's exactly why they gave that bullshit OP ability to Lee Seon-ho. If they gave it to someone with half a brain, it'd break the story, author knows it.

 — 00

 This is real talk.

 — ㅇㅇ (1.232)

I'm the author and yeah, true.

 — GodTheory

In the end, the author 'normalized' him because balancing that ability was too hard...

 — Cheonmu

Oh yeah? If you're so confident, why don't you try it yourself sometime.

 ◇◇◇◆◇◇◇

The moment I dragged my stiff body upright, the first thing that hit me was the smell.

A mottled, sticky stench pressing into my nostrils like a vice. Unable to stomach the disgust, I woke fully to find faint light seeping through the blackout curtains covering the window.

"Ah... Aah..."

Realizing I was in some unfamiliar, alien space, I tested my voice experimentally.

My throat felt hoarse, so the sound came out a bit different from usual.

To get a read on the situation, I pushed myself out of bed and pulled back the curtains. What greeted me was a horrific trash heap straight out of a nightmare, too unbelievable to take in.

"Whoa... this is insane. What the hell is all this...?"

Did I get blackout drunk last night and crash in some abandoned building turned high schoolers' hideout? Hard to explain it any other way.

Snack wrappers and cup ramen containers scattered everywhere, dozens of booze bottles—easy to imagine. What was weird was the absence of cigarette packs amid all that garbage.

To figure out where the hell I was, I yanked open the blackout curtains and peered outside. Right away, pink hair caught my eye.

It looked too naturally pink to be dyed. The doubt lasted only a moment before her ponytail and outfit reminded me of a character from the novel I'd been reading up until recently.

'Kinda looks like Choi Marie...?'

Honestly, it wasn't just 'kinda.' Hair color and style could be coincidence, but her build and clothes? No imitating that.

Especially when I recalled her uniform was the Cheonmu Hunter Academy one. I bolted from the bed straight to the bathroom.

'No way...'

I'd posted that stuff on the forum, sure, but that was just novel talk—something that could only happen in fiction.

Dragging my strangely weak legs to the bathroom mirror, what stared back was definitely 'me'—but not my me.

"..."

Someone else stood where I should have been.

Is it a painting, not a mirror? I reached out, and the 'someone' opposite mimicked me perfectly.

Thrusting forward a scrawny forearm and hand nothing like my old ones...

"Wh-what the...?"

A grubby mop of tangled hair, pale skin, and a frail, almost feminine body on a guy.

A total stranger in real life, yet I knew exactly who he was.

Lee Seon-ho, the pathetic villain side character from the webnovel I'd devoured in my past life: Surviving at Hunter Academy.

 ◇◇◇◆◇◇◇

Surviving at Hunter Academy was a series I'd binged hard in my previous life. I dropped it midway when the interest tanked, though.

Why would I remember a villain side character's looks so well, when he's not even the protag? Because I'd posted about him on the forum back then.

"...I don't think I said anything wrong."

It got tons of upvotes and solid comments, from what I recall. Probably means plenty of other readers questioned Lee Seon-ho's ability too.

Forums are for novel talk anyway. If the author sneaks in and gets salty, that's on them, right?

Anyway, that post is likely why I ended up as this Lee Seon-ho character. Can't think of anything else.

Skinny build, creepy vibe. Unkempt bushy hair, scruffy beard from poor shaving. Yeah, not everyone turns into a shut-in slob like this, but right now, I'm Lee Seon-ho.

To confirm the possession, I tested his ability.

 Suggestion: Vitality Increase

 * Please specify a target.

...Yeah, that's confirmation enough. No way real life pops up a holographic window like in the novel.

Situation points to me possessing Lee Seon-ho from Surviving at Hunter Academy. Not wanting to waste the mana I'd just used, I applied the Vitality Increase to myself.

I'd need to shake off the fog to get moving anyway.

 Suggestion: Vitality Increase

 * Target: Lee Seon-ho

-Shwaaah.

"...Not bad."

Whether from the skill or accepting I'd become Lee Seon-ho, my mood wasn't half bad.

Knowing the story made the protagonist tempting for possession, but objectively, Lee Seon-ho's ability was straight-up better.

Creepy looks, trash stamina, tons of flaws—but that power was busted as hell.

For a villain, he never grasped its potential, only using it to control one lackey girl. As a reader, I'd nearly ragequit from frustration so many times.

I dropped it partly because he never used his power right and just got stomped by the protag. If I'd been him, I wouldn't have lost so pathetically.

"First issue: where exactly in the story timeline is this?"

The room's state suggests vacation time? If classes were on, he'd have Suggested Cha Eun-ju to clean his place.

Before 3rd year semester 1: worst case. Before 2nd year semester 2: still messy. Before 2nd year semester 1: villain stuff hasn't started yet, so best shot.

'At minimum, I gotta avoid clashing with the protagonist's crew to survive.'

Ideal if we don't even know each other exist. If unavoidable, keep it friendly.

Separately, as a fan eyeing the protag's heroines, conflict's inevitable eventually—but later problem.

Checking my smartphone for the date, the latest text brought some relief.

Cheonmu Hunter Academy Entrance Exam Notice. Exams held in department-specific buildings—applicants, confirm your test site and absolutely do not be late for the written exam on [date]...

...Story hasn't even started yet.

One month till the first exam. As Lee Seon-ho now, time to tackle to-dos one by one.

 Suggestion: Cleaning Addiction

 * Target: Lee Seon-ho

...Starting with cleaning up this dumpster of a room, stat.

 ◇◇◇◆◇◇◇

The massive cleanup I'd figured would take at least two days wrapped up in half a day, luckily.

Most of the crap in the room was trash anyway—no sorting needed, just dump it. Perfect timing: apartment recycling pickup day.

'Cleaning Addiction' let me handle dumping, mopping, bathroom scrubbing, all of it. Felt oddly satisfying, so I released the Suggestion on myself.

 Suggestion Ended: Cleaning Addiction

"...Hoooh."

So that's how it feels when it wears off.

The novel described it a few times via Cha Eun-ju, but first time experiencing it myself.

While active, the action feels utterly natural and right. Like with the cleaning—it just felt fun and obvious.

Even after it ends, the memory stays positive—no disgust. Satisfaction from 'accomplishing the deep clean on my own terms.'

Memories persist, so it's not true hypnosis... More like 'pretending to be hypnotized' by choice.

...Obviously, with memories intact, can't just blatantly Suggestion heroines into bed.

Finding one who'd play along is rare, and they'd remember everything anyway.

Post-Suggestion, it'd need to reach 'Well, I wanted it anyway, so no biggie' levels of closeness... Definitely risky to get cocky just on the ability.

'To even try, gotta build some rapport with a heroine first. Even if Suggestion lands, start with light touches to lower guards.'

Forcing it with heavy mana works, but duration's short and effect weak.

Prioritize getting friendly with original heroines.

Easiest: Cha Eun-ju, basically Lee Seon-ho's minion already. But at this point, she rarely leaves home...

'First up, Choi Marie then.'

I know her jogging route cold. Loiter on it deliberately, get her attention somehow.

Least I won't flop like original Lee Seon-ho and exit without scoring his one lackey.
