(The man started his story.)
His name was Nisar Mythoon. He was a top student and dual gold medalist in management and engineering. When after finishing his studied and came home he was stuned by the the underdevelopement of his home town. He want to do something for his country and people.
He went back to get his family and came to his hometime where he started a start up on construction. He was surprised as why the roads in his home town even after so much reconstruction still end up with pot holes. When he researched about it he found that even after enough government aid, the personnels involves, in order to get profit, used low quality materials and unskilled labours and technology.
So he wrote for a chance to get the project in tender. In the end he also got the project beating many experienced company and was in the news as a "New player arise" for quite some time.
But when they already planned how to make the road with more sustainable and longlasting, their company gets notice about rejection from the authority due to inexperience and some issue in locality with peoples during work.
When he went to the authority, they agreed to give NOC only if they get some benifit. When Nisar refused, they threatened him that they will make things difficult during work and he can never finish his job.
He then went to the minister of road and transport. The minister Mr. Bitra was known to be a humble person. So Nisar went to him in the hope to get backing on the project and complain about such corrupt authority.
When he entered the office he greeted politely and told the minister about the building plan and the grivance he faced due to the authority who are asking for bribe to pass the NOC.
After hearing all these Mr. Bitra told him," How dare they I will definitely look into it and take action against them as soon as possible. Why are we sitting in this position ? For public right. If don't work for them then whats the meaning of this chair."
Nisar said," Thank you....Thank you very much. You really are a good leader for people. i will be very grateful to you. And definitely provide a good outcome in the end of the project."
"But,There is only a little bit problem. If we work for public , we also deserves something in return right?"- Minister said.
"I couldn't understand what do you mean sir? You want something in return? But you get salary from government why do you still want something from public aids?"-Nisar asked in surprise.
Minister said," You are a businessman . So you know it it very well that the economy only sees profit and personal profit is also for the economy. So what is wrong with getting some benifit from the vast aids. Aren't we also repairing roads on daily basis?"
Nisar -But you needs to repair it because of use of low quality material and lack of technology. It can be solved with proper work and materials. And the roads wouldn't need to repair for at least 10 years. Wouldn't it save govt.s unnessasary aid and those can be used in other sectors to improve."
After hearing Nisar's words, minister's smile droped and he showed his real face.
"As much i want to think about both of our profit, you still keeping your ethics high. If you work with us and do accordingly we can cooparate for very long time."- the minister said.
Nisar refused. He said ," I want to work for my people and country. I won't use any method that cause blockage towards the development. "
Minister angrily," I hate people with too much ethical and loyal value. It can't increase your power and money. You better do as I say or else don't blame me later."
Nisar said - I will complain about you to higher authority so that people like you can't be elected anymore.
Minister lost his paitence and told a family man shouldn't challenge the system or else he may loss both his family and life.
Nisar after the threat told him that he is not affraid of his petty words and now he will take action himself.
Aftre he left, the minister called for killer and hired to finish his family and let them die infront of him so he can't be so proud anymore.
After gathering the information about the corrupt minister and authority he was on his was to report them on Anti corruption beauro but then got a message from the hired killer about his wife and a 6 year old daughter was held hostage.
He begged them and told them he will not report the minister.But since he already gather many evidence in fear to get exposed the minister ordered to kill all of them to shut them down.
His wife and daughter are tortured and killed. He also barely made it alive from their clutch.
