Devastated by his families death he also don't wanted to live anymore. When he tried to jump of a bridge, a message popped and asked him if he want revenge. Since he lost his family to a monster for being ethical, his blood boils but he couldn't do anything. When he saw the message he who lost all reason to live decide to do the request. Its not like he has more to loss.
After accepting their offer another message popped. Don't die yet wait for the sinner's judgement. He got stunned. How did they know he was attempting suicide?
He stayed. Waited for them even it felt unreal, since the other party didn't expected anything in return. After some day he got the video of the Minister getting punished by 3 peoples. He felt a burden finally lifted from his shoulder. He changed his decision about suicide and thought about relocating to a foreign country out of this corrupt system and stabilize his mind.
After He finished his word, neel asked him, if he can help in the invetigation.But he refused.
He told Neel that even thoough he don't know the real intention behind these murders but he is still happy that all garbags out there being clearedd by some people even it involves their own desire.
Neel didn't say anything anymore. After taking some second, He told Nisar that since life gave him a chance to live , he should fulfill the dream he has seen instead of running.
Nisar said he is not in the state to work towards his dream.
Neel consolling him and gave him a name card and told him if he ever change his mind he can contact this person. He will absolutely help him in his path and clear any obstracle on his was.
After that Neel left and Nisar looked at the card and got lost in thoughts.

After Neel reported the story Nisar told him , the higher ups told him another obstracle is here and its time they keep all these storys side and focus on current matter.
"Since this time a public figure was murdered its hard to keep things under control now. Its time for this matter to be announced in public so that peoples can be more awar of their surrounding." - The Higher officers told the team.
Neel agreed and told its better for people to know about the killer who are killer out their openly.
But Archit oppossed. When Neel asked the reason, He said," Its their real intention. Those psychos are waiting to get known to the world. And if we make this case public it will only be favorable towards her.
Higher officers told him its too late to consider anybodys real intention and this matter has to be made public within 2 days.
Neel told Archit to not question higher ups order since it may backfire at him and his career. And told him they need to work harder sonce the work is going to be tough.
(The next day a public press conference was held by the police. Neel had some other case to work so he ordered Archit to present the report infront of the media.)
