In the video, panic gripped Son Goten and Trunks as their fusion expired. Without the overwhelming power of Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, they were defenseless against the terrifying Majin Buu. Just as despair set in, Piccolo stepped forward, positioning himself as a shield.

Though the Namekian knew he stood no chance against such a monster, his pride as a mentor and elder wouldn't allow him to hide behind children. To their collective bewilderment, however, Buu didn't strike; he simply sat down and drifted into a nap, leaving the trio baffled.

Meanwhile, in the sacred Kaioshin Realm, Akira watched the crystal ball alongside Son Goku and the Supreme Kai. Goku was still reeling from the fact that the boys had achieved Super Saiyan 3—a peak he had spent years reaching in the Afterlife—after seeing it only once.

He had hoped Gohan's intervention wouldn't be necessary, but the tide of battle had turned too quickly. Seeing the trio in danger, Goku's anxiety spiked. He turned to Old Kai, demanding to know if Gohan's ritual was finished.

"It finished twenty minutes ago," Old Kai stated nonchalantly.

Gohan's jaw dropped. "Why didn't you say anything sooner?!"

The ancient deity just smirked. "Isn't it cooler to make an entrance at the absolute last second?"

Despite the supposedly completed power-up, Gohan felt no different. Following the Old Kai's instructions to "power up like you're going Super Saiyan," Gohan braced himself. Suddenly, an explosive, golden-less aura erupted, shaking the very foundations of the Kaioshin Realm.

Gohan stared at his hands in disbelief; he possessed this much raw Ki without even needing a transformation? His appearance had shifted subtly: his hair was now sharply defined with a single striking bang over his forehead, reminiscent of his Super Saiyan 2 form against Cell, yet it remained a deep, natural black. This was the birth of the strongest unfused warrior in Dragon Ball Z—Mystic Gohan.

His power now eclipsed even his father's Super Saiyan 3 form. Before departing, the two shared a heavy, silent understanding. This was the final time they would speak while Gohan was among the living; their next meeting would not be until Gohan joined him in the Other World.

"Gohan, go bring peace back to Earth," Goku said, his voice echoing the faith he had shown during the Cell Games.

"Goodbye, Dad," Gohan replied with a resolute nod. Guided by Kibito, he vanished toward Earth. Upon arrival, Gohan made one request: he wanted to fight in his father's colors. Kibito complied, magically conjuring the iconic orange turtle hermit gi. While Gohan had faced Cell in the purple attire of his mentor Piccolo, he would face this ultimate evil as the true successor to Son Goku.

"I shall watch your heroism from the heavens, Savior," Kibito remarked before teleporting away.

Gohan turned his gaze toward the distant threat. The soft, scholarly boy was gone, replaced by a warrior with eyes as sharp as flint. Across the Wanjie Multiverse, viewers watched with bated breath.

"Is this the 'Mystic' state?" Kakashi mused, adjusting his headband. "He looks barely different, yet the pressure of his Ki is on another level."

Monkey D. Garp laughed heartily. "Look at his face! The brat grew up. That single lock of hair... now that's a look for a hero."

"The battle should be over now," Sengoku added, his tactical mind assessing the shift in the atmosphere. "But I wonder, exactly how high does his ceiling go?"

"Gohan is about to have his moment," Krillin cheered from the sidelines. "First Cell, now Buu. He's really doing it again!"

Piccolo, watching from within the video's timeline, initially sensed a massive Ki approaching and mistook it for Goku due to the orange gi. But Goten knew better. "That's big brother!"

Gohan descended from the sky, landing softly in front of the monster. Super Buu loomed over him, a head taller and radiating malice. The creature sneered, drawing on Gohan's own memories from when he was absorbed or fought previously. "I remember you. You're the weakling I beat before. You really think you can win?"

Gohan didn't flinch. A cold, confident smirk played on his lips. "No," he corrected, his voice calm and lethal. "I'm here to kill you."

The clash that followed was a total one-sided annihilation. Super Buu, who had pushed a fused Super Saiyan 3 to its limits, found himself utterly helpless. Gohan moved with terrifying efficiency, blocking every desperate strike with a single hand and countering with blows that threatened to vaporize Buu's regenerative cells.

The disparity in power was immense. As Gohan maintained his effortless dominance, Buu's cocky facade shattered into pure, unadulterated terror. The world finally had its protector back.
