Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Jujutsu High, Suguru Geto

Tokyo Jujutsu High School is a Jujutsu Sorcerer academy established with funding from The Big Three Families, proposed by Tengen.

Of course, adhering to the principle of impartiality, Tokyo Jujutsu High School recruits not only people from The Big Three Families but also Jujutsu Sorcerers from other backgrounds.

At this moment, Yaga Masamichi held the new student files, his expression complex.

six eyes twins, innate Reverse Cursed Technique, Cursed Spirit Manipulation.

What the hell?

Is this a situation he can handle?

Without a doubt, this batch of new students was the most outstanding Yaga Masamichi had encountered in his teaching career.

But it must be said, they were a little too outstanding, and Yaga Masamichi felt immense pressure.

Just then, a gust of wind blew past, and two figures abruptly appeared before Yaga Masamichi.

White hair and flawless eyelashes, with azure blue pupils, beautiful and magnificent like the edge of the Sky.

With such physical features, the identity of the newcomers was unmistakable.

Gojo Satoru grinned and gestured, "Old man, you must be our teacher, right?"

Yaga Masamichi nodded with a stern face, "That's right. My name is Yaga Masamichi!"

Seeing this, Gojo Ze and Gojo Satoru also introduced themselves.

Before they finished speaking, a sedan stopped below the Shrine.

The car door opened, and a short-haired brunette girl stepped out, a cigarette dangling from her mouth.

The girl looked listless, yet her features were delicate and cute, especially the tear mole on her cheekbone, which added to her charm.

"Ze! Satoru!"

Ieiri Shoko raised her hand to greet her two old friends.

Since meeting at a banquet eight years ago, she had frequently kept in touch with the two, and their relationship was quite close.

Gojo Ze glanced at Shoko and teased, "Hey, hey, hey! Starting to smoke like a delinquent girl at only fourteen?"

"Tch~"

Ieiri Shoko rolled her eyes and pulled a portable metal hip flask from her pocket.

Glug glug glug... Yaga Masamichi's eyelid twitched.

This girl looked like an innocent young student on the outside, but secretly she indulged in both cigarettes and alcohol!

Ieiri Shoko wiped the wine stain from the corner of her mouth, then noticed a serious, rigid old man sitting behind Satoru and Satoru.

"Hello, old man, I am Ieiri Shoko."

"I am Yaga Masamichi, and I will be your teacher from now on."

Yaga Masamichi nodded. It seemed this was the Jujutsu Sorcerer who could naturally use Reverse Cursed Technique, hailed as a "National Treasure."

Finally, only one was left... "Screech—"

A sudden cry, like that of a bird, interrupted Yaga Masamichi's thoughts.

Everyone looked up and saw a giant avian Cursed Spirit, six or seven meters tall, descending from the Sky.

It had webbed feet like a duck and a huge pouch in its mouth.

Gojo Ze recognized it immediately. This was Suguru Geto's flying mount, Grade 1 Cursed Spirit: Pelican.

However, Gojo Satoru didn't know this fact.

When he saw a Grade 1 Cursed Spirit flying freely above the academy, he immediately took action.

"A mere Cursed Spirit dares to cause trouble here? Take this!"

Cursed Energy wrapped around his fist, and Gojo Satoru shot into the Sky, punching towards the Pelican.

It was only then that he realized there was actually a person standing on the Pelican.

Suguru Geto was slightly bewildered.

He had just arrived at the academy to register, and before he even landed, someone rushed up to punch him.

Was this some kind of special welcome ceremony at the academy?

"Holy crap! You're serious?!"

Suguru Geto leaped off the Pelican, and his own Cursed Energy-wrapped fist came down.

Bang!!!

Because Gojo Satoru hadn't activated Limitless / Limitless Void, the powerful force knocked both of them back.

Both landed, and Suguru Geto looked at Gojo Satoru, his face dark.

"Are you crazy?"

Gojo Satoru knew he had made a mistake, but seeing Suguru Geto's face, he felt inexplicably annoyed the more he looked at it.

"Huh? Hey, Bangs Boy, don't think you can be arrogant just because you blocked one of my punches!"

"Releasing Cursed Spirits freely on campus is against the rules. Believe it or not, I'll beat you up?!"

Suguru Geto summoned Cursed Spirits with a fake smile, "Dead White Hair, come try it!"

Gojo Ze, who was randomly called out, paused, then grinned fiercely and pulled a large Megaphone from somewhere.

"Fight! Fight! Fight..."

Ignoring Gojo Ze, who was fanning the flames, Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto were already itching for a fight.

In that brief, probing exchange just now, both realized that the other was a powerful individual, no weaker than themselves!

It was a strange feeling, like an individual on a different level of existence meeting their peer among the masses.

The atmosphere solidified, as if time itself had stopped, only to suddenly start moving again at a certain moment.

Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto moved simultaneously.

"Phase"

"Twilight"

"Eyes of Wisdom"

Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue!

The blue sphere looked exactly like a Rasengan, shooting towards Suguru Geto, carrying terrifying gravitational pull and tearing effects.

"Sandworm: Earth Burial Devour!"

The ground suddenly cracked open, and a gigantic worm opened its mouth like a black hole, swallowing Blue in one gulp.

Before Blue could tear it to shreds, it forcibly dragged Blue underground.

Boom—

A massive gap opened up where the ground collapsed.

"He actually used this method to displace Blue!"

Gojo Satoru showed an interested expression. This was the first time his use of Blue had failed!

"Hey! Don't get distracted during a fight!"

Suguru Geto's voice suddenly appeared behind Gojo Satoru.

"Rainbow Dragon!"

The dragon-shaped Cursed Spirit roared out, but its attack stopped half a meter away from Gojo Satoru.

Limitless / Limitless Void!

Suguru Geto was shocked. "As expected of the legendary inherited Cursed Technique of The Big Three Families!"

Gojo Satoru was equally generous with his praise. "Your Cursed Technique is also very strong, and your speed is incredible!"

The speed with which Suguru Geto suddenly appeared behind Gojo Satoru, taking advantage of the dust from the collapsing ground, startled the latter.

"That was pure physical technique!"

Gojo Ze, watching the battle, transformed into a gold-medal commentator, his expression slightly surprised.

Suguru Geto, a Jujutsu Sorcerer born into a non-Jujutsu Sorcerer family, actually had better physical technique than Gojo Satoru, who had received systematic training!

Based on the Shinbu Style ranking assessment, Suguru Geto's physical technique had reached at least the Kaiden level.

But after thinking about it carefully, Ze was no longer surprised.

Although Cursed Spirit Manipulation is powerful, Suguru Geto hadn't subdued any Cursed Spirits when he first awakened it.

In the early stages, Suguru Geto definitely needed to train his physical technique to compensate for the initial weakness of Cursed Spirit Manipulation.

"Enough! Stop fighting!"

Yaga Masamichi suddenly shouted, "Look at what you've done to the academy!"

The aftermath of their battle was highly destructive.

The surroundings were a mess, especially the spacious track and field, which looked as if it had been plowed.

Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto stopped, and seeing the surrounding devastation, they forced a sheepish smile.

"Gojo Satoru! Suguru Geto!"

"Present!" x2

"Run five hundred laps around the track, or you won't get dinner! Remember, no using Cursed Energy!"

Gojo Satoru and Suguru Geto exchanged glances, wanting to cry but having no tears.

Gojo Ze and Ieiri Shoko secretly snickered on the side.

"You two go too!"

"Huh???"

Gojo Ze and Ieiri Shoko, who were caught in the crossfire, looked utterly bewildered.

Ieiri Shoko even raised her hand to protest, "Teacher, I'm a non-combat Jujutsu Sorcerer!"

"Two hundred laps then!"

"..."

Finally, the four figures miserably began running laps around the track.

The soft light of dusk shone through the clouds, illuminating the four, casting long silhouettes.

Years later, whenever they recalled this moment, the four of them would sincerely sigh—

"That run under the setting sun that year was my lost youth!"
