Faye Vaughn observed him discreetly, then slowly looked away.
'One thing at a time. The priority right now is to find Liam Linden.'
Zane Shelby's driver was fast and knew the roads of Keston like the back of his hand, weaving through streets and alleys until they reached a remote suburban area.
"Liam Linden is hiding around here?" Faye Vaughn asked, looking out the car window. Not far off was a stretch of wild, undeveloped woodland.
"My men tracked him here, then lost him," Zane Shelby said, clicking his tongue. "For that kid to shake my people, he's got some real skill."
"The forest is so big. How are we supposed to find him?" Faye Vaughn murmured.
'To Liam Linden, Zane Shelby is a stranger. He'll definitely be wary and won't show himself willingly.'
After thinking for a moment, Faye Vaughn turned to Zane Shelby. "Mr. Shaw, thank you for your help. I can get out here."
