And just like that, their initial objective was fortunately accomplished. However, they still had to wait for the Divine Lord and the Water God to finish the mission Red Heart A was leading them on. As for the Sea Race, they still had another task: to defend against the NPCs and bosses who were certain to come looking for trouble after the version 4.8 update.
Previously, the Divine Lord, Shen Fei, had used his Invincible Attack Power to annihilate a wave of NPCs and bosses. Furthermore, Vanas also knew the Divine Lord had lured those NPCs and bosses using access to the [Ninth World]. As a member of the Sea Race who also had access to the [Ninth World], Vanas was well aware of what this access meant to the NPCs and bosses. Although the previous wave of lured NPCs and bosses had been quickly eliminated, they had surely spread the word that access to the [Ninth World] was under someone's control, and that this person had close ties to the Sea Race.
