The man before her stared at her in silence for what felt like an eternity.
He stared until goosebumps broke out on Jane's skin, then let out a low chuckle.
The sound of his laughter echoed through the empty space, making it sound particularly terrifying and unsettling.
"Is that so? My apologies. I was too forward and frightened you. No matter. This is my business card. When you've made up your mind, you can call me anytime."
As he spoke, the man pulled a jet-black business card from his pocket and stepped forward.
Jane immediately took several wary steps back.
The man then gently placed the card on the ground, turned, and walked away.
Only after the man was gone did Jane dare to slowly step forward.
She picked up the charcoal-black card.
"Organization A... Black Panther... Address: 400 Aethelgard..."
Jane muttered to herself.
Staring at the address, Jane couldn't make heads or tails of it.
