[IRIS POV]
"I finally got the lab test report for your blood," Healer Felix said, his voice uncharacteristically grave. He sat back, steepled his fingers underneath his chin, and looked at me in concern. "It's nothing I've ever seen before."
"What do you mean?" I asked in confusion. "My blood is just like everyone else's blood. Red."
"The color is not the issue. Come see it for yourself," Healer Felix said. He gestured for me to sit closer to him, so I could peer at his laptop screen.
I sat down and looked at the report― there were simply too many graphs for me to make heads or tails of, not to mention the laundry list of chemicals that I couldn't even pronounce. There were figures next to them, but I didn't know what they meant.
What's more, the scroll bar was minuscule! I wondered how many tests Healer Felix ran on my blood.
"This report makes no sense to me. Sorry," I replied frankly to Healer Felix's expectant face.
