Blink. Blink. Blink!
Before Tony and Pepper could react further, our bodies shone in a bright white light. The moment that happened, the sense of dread and the bloody stench of Zombie Street faded. At the same time, our bodies turned into tiny pixels. The Instance Dungeon was now cleared, so the Gamer System saw no further reason to keep us there. It also gained a new effect for ID Creation. It just never ends, huh?
But this new effect is really neat. Once all the Gamer Notifications come through, it kicks us out of the Instance Dungeon, without having a need to second-guess anything. I like that!
That bloody stench is also gone now, thankfully. All of that went away. Breathing the circulating air of Azure Point, oh how I've missed you. I opened the Instance Dungeon while still inside the lobby of the penthouse. Our location didn't change. I saw Happy's eyes almost burst out of their eye sockets the moment he saw the three of us appear again.
Happy did say he can't see the Instance Dungeon itself, so he likely just saw us vanish and reappear again the span of three minutes, now that time flows in Instance Dungeons now. I will need to keep that in mind, whenever I tackle the next one.
But holy cow, that was a lot of loot. My LUK stat triggered too. I unexpectedly gained Light Magic, and a Light Spell, Holy Sanctuary, on top of that! It wasn't just that either. Tony and Pepper agreed with me in disbanding the Party, and because I owned the Death Blade item, it made sense for me to take all the items from the Undead King. I'm not greedy, alright? Besides, the two gained their own reward from the Party Quest, so I think it's a fair exchange, alright?
Plus, I feel much stronger now. 30 Stat Points into each stat is no joke! That's practically twelve level ups. That is worth more than the 400 EXP I obtained from the Party Quest. All of that went to me, while Pepper and Tony got their respective Hammer Skill and Water spell. Everyone wins.
I saw a familiar face greet us once that white light vanished. Happy just stood there in the same spot, looking dumbfounded. Three minutes should have only passed for him. And similar to Happy, both Tony and Pepper remained surprised. Tony's calm and confident demeanor was long gone. He totally didn't expect me to kill the Undead King in one shot like that, haha!
Normally, damage appears red when you're doing normal damage. It turns purple when you land a critical hit, but that one-hundred thousand damage was pitch black. I just ignored the fact I'm level 13 now. It was practically free.
Once Tony recovered from his stupor, he found the closest low-raise table he could find, and actually flipped it over onto its other side. That action alone caused a loud thud to reach our ears. At the same time, it caused Happy to snap out of his shock too. Pepper just watched on with disbelief in her eyes to see Tony do this.
"How could it be over just like that!?", Tony exclaimed. "I was even prepared to do my own finishing move!"
"You snooze, you lose Tony.", I said, and chuckled. "I say that, but I had something saved up, and you saw what just happened. That is why I was so confident we could clear the last bit of that dungeon without much worry. I do apologize, since it looked like you wanted to show something off."
"Even I still find it a surprise it ended so quickly like that. We both got something out of it though, but it looks like you disbanded the Party. Is it alright if I call you Myles?", Pepper asked, looking at me.
"Yeah, I don't mind that. I'll continue calling you Ms. Potts, due to your professional appearance. I take it that's what you prefer.", I decided to ask.
"I don't mind you calling me that. I had a feeling that we'd wind up back inside the penthouse of Azure Point, but we really did come back to the same spot as before. What we did just now wasn't a dream, was it?", Pepper asked. Her confusion turned into a frown on her face.
"Trust me. If this were a dream, I would have woken up long ago.", I said, and sighed.
"What on earth is going on with you all---!?", Happy tried to say, only to get a good look at our current appearances. I had yet to use Cleanse, so he saw the leftover blood that splattered onto our clothes from the fight with the thousand zombies. The stench quickly hit his nose, making Happy plug his nostrils with one of his hands. "Jesus Christ, what is that horrible smell? Is that blood!?"
Taking a moment, after Tony's shock subsided, I saw several blood stains on his clothes. Pepper was in the backline, so she didn't have too much of it like Tony and I were. My hoodie and sweatpants were quite torn. Not torn in the way you'd see in particular anime, but enough to see that I received some damage. Dried blood spots could also be seen. And where we once stood, that starry-colored portal was nowhere to be found.
I then turned toward Happy, who was attempting to plug his nose. Was it that bad?
"You make a good point, Happy. I didn't think it'd be that bad from another person's perspective, so it is good you didn't wander too far off since we cleared the dungeon. As for the blood, well, it isn't ours. We came back all fine and dandy, right?", I asked Happy.
"I mean...You all vanished without a trace, then a couple minutes later, you come back looking like that. How can I not be shocked by this? Mr. Stark looks much worse than what happened yesterday.", Happy said, frowning. "There's no way you all can go out into the streets looking like that. It's even worse than getting mugged."
"To address this, I have already placed an order for a wardrobe. It will be arriving shortly. The showers have also been activated, allowing you all to go wash up. I will inquire about the details about what took place from Mr. Stark later.", Jarvis's voice said.
"Worse than getting mugged...Well that won't do at all.", Pepper said, and frowned. "I had already gotten so used to being inside that place that I didn't think what would happen once we stepped out of it."
Ahh, realism at its finest. What, this isn't an anime where you only get to see the good things! We have to deal with the aftermath of what happened inside the Instance Dungeon. While the worst of the smell did vanish when we left, it isn't like it didn't completely vanish.
Seeing Jarvis already take action without Tony having to utter a single word, he smiled.
"Good for you to do that, Jarvis. Since Myles moved into this place, it kind of lacks a wardrobe. We should go get cleaned up pronto.", Tony said, ignoring the fact he flipped a table over beside him. I have to be the one to fix that, you know? "Care to join me for a dip, Ms. Potts?"
"As if. I am your secretary, Tony. Not one of those women you like to flaunt your ego around with. Seriously, I don't know why they fall for you.", Pepper said, and sighed.
"That's because I know a thing or two about having a good time, haha!", Tony laughed. "But so be it. There should be plenty of rooms to have our fair share of privacy."
"Which is why I get to use the master bathroom~", I said, and grinned. "Thanks for that, by the way. It is quite heavenly. Before you two wander off though, I do have one thing. You can be included too, Happy. I don't think there's a limit for this."
"Alright?", Happy asked while the three approached me.

While the wear and tear remained, the stench and any remaining blood on our appearances was suddenly wiped away in one go. It was as if magic played out before our eyes. Happy became surprised again, realizing he no longer had his fingers over his nose. Sniffing around, there wasn't that bad stench anymore.
"This...What did you do?", Happy asked.
"I'd also like to know that. Seriously, that would have taken ages to get rid of. Is this some kind of cheat?", Tony also asked, looking amused.
"Is this another Spell or something I missed out on earlier?", Pepper also asked, unsure.
"Close, but not quite. I just used Cleanse. It cleans gunk and stuff off most surfaces, making it like it never happened. It doesn't take away the damage, though. It won't recover mental strength either, so do keep that in mind. You'll likely need some rest after what we did.", I said, explaining Cleanse to them.
"Another ability, why am I not surprised?, Pepper replied, sighing again. "I definitely need a rest after that."
"You reminded me of something. Cancel any meetings I have for today. I won't say I'm not exhausted from all of that fighting, but I don't want to push it. I know when to call it quits.", Tony said, looking at Pepper.
"The board is not going to like that...You can't just cancel two days' worth of meetings, Mr. Stark.", Happy said, still frowning. "And did I hear that correctly? What's this about Spells?"
"Don't worry about it, Happy. Myles's business stays with him. Instead, I have another task for you.", Tony interjected, trying to change the subject. He really isn't going to talk about Magic? It's not like you can just talk about the Gamer System to just anyone. I can see his point here.
"Another task? You already had me prepare that rental agreement out of the blue. What is it this time?", Happy responded.
"Oh it isn't anything big. I just want you to create a shell company for me, Happy. Myles will need to take care of some financial planning. We can fine-tune the details later. It doesn't have to be now.", Tony said, only to look at me. "Don't go spending all that cash in one place, alright? Small bursts are fine, but we need to do it through the proper channels if you want to invest in something bigger."
"Wait, what's this about cash now? You are changing the topic so much it's getting a little hard to follow. We can't just make a company like that out of the blue!", Happy exclaimed again.
"We can. I trust your judgement, Happy. It'll be like drawing up the lease terms. Easy-peasy!", Tony said, and did another take of his body. "Thanks for that, by the way. I don't smell like a dead rat anymore. We should probably go get cleaned up, though. We can wait for Jarvis's delivery in the meantime."
"Sounds good to me. You'll hold down the fort for a little while longer, won't you, Happy?", I said, and smiled.
"It's not like I can refuse...", Happy uttered, and sighed again. "But seriously, what is this about money? Don't tell me you actually met Mr. Stark's requirement."
"Not exactly. I didn't meet the sixty grand, but it is not quite far off. I only need a few more thousand dollars before I can live here for the next three months!", I proudly answered.
Hearing that, Happy's mind sizzled out, and he became shocked once more.
"W-WHAT!? Are you telling me you earned fifty grand during that disappearance act!?", Happy said. Getting a sense of dejavu, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry here!
