Han Shaoqing's arrival stabilized the situation in the Atlantis Empire.
However, as a new king, most Atlanteans remained unfamiliar with his personality and capabilities.
To bolster morale, Han Shaoqing decided to stage a grand spectacle.
On this day, the underwater world was calm and serene. Tens of thousands of Atlanteans gathered around Suo Da Square.
"People of Atlantis, today you will witness a miracle," Han Shaoqing declared. "I, the King of Atlantis, will summon a Guardian Beast to bless Atlantis with eternal prosperity."
Clad in legendary golden armor, Han Shaoqing stood at the center of the square. Not one for grand speeches, he cut through the pleasantries and got straight to the point.
Before the assembled Atlanteans, Han Shaoqing summoned the Three-Tailed Isobu.
A massive ball of light erupted in the void, and then a colossal turtle, its body covered in sharp spikes, materialized before the crowd.
Behind it, three flat, elongated tails swayed gently. The creature planted its four sturdy limbs firmly on the ground, its standing height reaching nearly 50 meters. Its thick, armored shell gave it an imposing aura of defensive prowess.
The Tailed Beasts from *Naruto* are special lifeforms, possessing infinite Chakra, formidable combat power, and intelligence comparable to humans.
Even if killed, they can regenerate after a certain period by absorbing natural energy.
Three-Tailed Isobu is an aquatic Tailed Beast, capable of mid-to-long-range attacks using Water Release, Wind Release, Ice Release, and Tailed Beast Balls. It can even use some taijutsu and speak human language (in Japanese).
Among the Nine Tailed Beasts, Isobu's strength is considered moderate. However, in its aquatic domain, it holds a home-field advantage, making it a match even for the Nine-Tails. Only Eight-Tailed Gyūki, another aquatic Tailed Beast, could likely suppress it in the ocean.
After its appearance, Three-Tailed Isobu stood obediently behind Han Shaoqing, curiously observing its surroundings. It found the environment quite pleasant, though the group of blue-skinned people was somewhat irritating.
Tailed Beasts despise humans, as the latter covet their power and often seek to enslave them, stripping them of their freedom.
Three-Tailed Isobu is reclusive by nature and rarely attacks humans unprovoked, provided these humans don't provoke it.
"What kind of monster is this?"
"How did it appear out of nowhere? Could His Majesty the King have mastered the secrets of space?"
"A three-tailed turtle... Is it a beast from the earth's core?"
"I've never seen a creature like this before. Its sheer size... it's only slightly smaller than our Guardian Lord."
"His Majesty claims this is our Guardian Beast. Is that true?"
Seeing Han Shaoqing summon the colossal turtle out of thin air, the Atlanteans erupted in a frenzy of excitement and uncertainty.
In that moment, many were utterly convinced of Han Shaoqing's fitness to rule as their new king.
The worship of strength is an innate instinct in most creatures.
Even those who harbored resentment toward the new king could only remain silent.
To help Three-Tailed Isobu adapt to this world, Han Shaoqing leaped onto its head. Using the blue hand of his Perfect Dual Hands, he poured a torrent of basic information about this world, along with knowledge of English, Chinese, and other languages, into the creature's mind.
Three-Tailed Isobu's strength was considerable, but at best, it was only at Earth-level.
After implanting the information, Han Shaoqing casually used Red of All Living Beings to replicate Three-Tailed Isobu's abilities.
Han Shaoqing roughly estimated that Three-Tailed Isobu's offensive power was comparable to that of an ordinary Titan Giant Beast, but its defensive capabilities were far inferior.
In a real fight, a single missile could easily blast it to pieces.
After all, times had changed. This wasn't the Ninja World, where there were plenty of people who could handle Three-Tailed Isobu. Even human military forces could easily annihilate it.
Isobu's advantages lay in its ability to rapidly gather energy and its ability to resurrect after being killed. Unless a major power intervened, conventional methods couldn't kill it permanently.
While it might not be enough to fight Titan Giant Beasts, it was more than sufficient to deal with ordinary Deep Sea Giant Beasts.
"Isobu, from now on, you will guard Atlantis and obey Mera's commands."

Han Shaoqing summoned three of Atlantis's chief scientists into his office and, using a rather blunt approach, employed the blue hand of the Perfect Dual Hands to copy the technologies they controlled directly from their minds. He planned to share these with Beast Hank and Luthor upon his return.
Han Shaoqing had always believed that professional matters should be handled by professionals.
Given Hank and Luthor's talent, he was confident they would quickly master these technologies, even innovating and improving upon them.
Later, they could reciprocate by sharing their advancements with Atlantis—a win-win situation. What could be better?
