The world has never been short of clever people. When news of Godzilla's attack on the nuclear power plant broke, some believed it, while others remained skeptical.
Dr. Bolivar was among the skeptics. He suspected that Godzilla's appearance at the plant wasn't a random occurrence, but rather a deliberate act orchestrated by someone.
Those in positions of power may not always be the most capable, but their vantage point allows them to see things ordinary people cannot.
"Sea King."
The name once again surfaced in Dr. Bolivar's mind.
Upon hearing about the Godzilla attack on the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant, Dr. Bolivar immediately reacted by fleeing without informing anyone. He trusted no one.
Unfortunately for the little man, he couldn't escape Han Shaoqing's grasp. Halfway through his escape, his car was overturned by an invisible force.
On the desolate road, Han Shaoqing descended with ethereal grace.
As Stryker's leader and mentor, Dr. Bolivar's intelligence and ingenuity were not to be underestimated.
Being able to create a time-defying Sentinel Robot in the 1960s, his abilities were no less impressive than Tony Stark's. If left unchecked, he could secretly assemble an army of androids.
In the Marvel Universe, the most terrifying figures weren't the so-called gods, but the scientists who wielded black technology.
They loved to stir up trouble, and their creations could easily destroy the world, giving everyone gray hairs!
Han Shaoqing always preferred to finish things in one go. Since he'd moved against Stryker, he naturally wouldn't let Dr. Bolivar off the hook.

With a snap of his fingers, invisible force tore the car to shreds, leaving Dr. Bolivar still seated in the wreckage.
"You're... the Sea King?"
Knowing his fate was sealed, Dr. Bolivar unbuckled his seatbelt and climbed out of the car. He glared at the dashing Han Shaoqing with bitter resentment.
Why did this guy have to be so handsome and possess such terrifying superpowers?
Heaven had granted him extraordinary intelligence, only to make him a three-inch-tall dwarf.
He refused to accept this!
"I knew you'd come looking for me... Wait a minute, you're not a Mutant."
Dr. Bolivar only then noticed that the X-Gene detector on his wrist remained completely unresponsive, looking utterly bewildered.
*Could the device be broken?*
*There's no way!*
Bolivar was still very confident in his own intelligence and the instruments he had created.
But with the device showing no reaction, there was only one conclusion: the "Sea King" before him wasn't a Mutant.
*But if that's the case, why does he possess such immense power?*
"I am indeed not a Mutant," Han Shaoqing replied.
He was somewhat surprised to see only Dr. Bolivar inside the car. *How does he reach the pedals with his four-foot-and-a-half frame? Can he even see the road from the driver's seat?*
As his gaze swept over the car, Han Shaoqing noticed that the vehicle had been heavily modified. He immediately understood.
*Not enough height? Rely on technology. This guy's a real genius.*
"If you're not a Mutant, then we have no conflict," Bolivar said. "Humanity should unite and stand at the pinnacle of the pyramid."
Han Shaoqing said, "I was the one who summoned Godzilla to destroy the nuclear power plant."
Dr. Bolivar frowned, thought for a moment, and said, "So you can indeed control Godzilla. That's even better. We'll use Godzilla's power to eliminate the Mutants and then..."
Han Shaoqing shook his head. "That's a secret."
A sense of unease crept into Dr. Bolivar. *If it's a secret, why tell me?*
*Wait a minute!*
Dr. Bolivar's expression changed, and he glared at Han Shaoqing.
Han Shaoqing said calmly, "I hope you can keep this secret."

For instance, in the Terminator films, Skynet nearly wiped out humanity.
In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ultron, created by Iron Man, also sought to destroy humanity and came dangerously close to succeeding.
Even when the Avengers ultimately triumphed, the conflict still resulted in countless casualties.
More often than not, things possess both positive and negative aspects—or even multiple facets.
Technology can bring prosperity, but it can also plunge humanity into eternal ruin. One must proceed with the utmost caution.
Fortunately, the system's products were reliable. Han Shaoqing didn't have to worry about Skynet betraying him and could use it with confidence.

As the words fell, a small USB drive materialized in Han Shaoqing's hand. Simultaneously, he received a document containing information about Skynet.
To activate Skynet, the USB drive needed to be inserted into a computer.
Computers existed in this era, but they were rare and far from widespread.
The internet was also underdeveloped. The technological backwardness prevented Skynet from reaching its full potential.
But there was no need to rush.
With Luther on board, next-generation computers would soon be released. Once satellites were in orbit and the information age dawned, Skynet would allow Han Shaoqing to seize the initiative, establish a global presence, and build a vast commercial empire.
Sometimes, influence and wealth were more effective than brute force.
After claiming his reward, Han Shaoqing meticulously erased all traces. Using the Earth Force, he swallowed Dr. Bolivar and his car. In an instant, the ground returned to its original state, as if nothing had happened.
With that done, Han Shaoqing remembered he still had three more characters to claim.
