At the edge of the rift sat a lonely, heartbroken figure.
His cape fluttered in the wind from the Endless Sea, whipping wildly in the gale.
"Holy shit, Asgard's version of Bu Jingyun!"
Thor turned at the sound of someone speaking, surprised to see Qin Xiao.
"Qin, what are you doing here? Wait, the Bifrost was destroyed by Loki and me. How did you get here? If you can come, doesn't that mean I can go to Earth too? I can see Jane again!"
The big guy wasn't as foolish as he looked. Seeing Qin Xiao, he instantly thought of all these things.
*Who said love makes people stupid?* Qin Xiao mused. *Seems it depends on the person. With this big guy, maybe negative times negative equals positive.*
Thor's sudden excitement startled Qin Xiao.
*Didn't you come here to mourn Loki?*
*So that dramatic pose was just because the Bifrost was broken and you couldn't go to Earth to see Jane?*
*Then why the hell did you smash it?!*
"I came with the Supreme Sorcerer. She's talking with your father about some matters. Oh, and good news—Loki isn't dead. The Supreme Sorcerer told your father."

"No way! Tell me what you want right now. And stop calling me 'child'! No one you've ever called a 'child' has ended up well. You can call me a bastard if you want, just don't call me a 'child'!"
Qin Xiao flatly refused. Just moments ago, Odin had been swinging Gungnir like a wild club, and now he was changing his tune so quickly—that could only mean trouble.
Odin's forehead darkened with a vein. Gu Yi stepped in to smooth things over.
"If you don't trust Odin, you must trust me, right? Come here—it's definitely something good!"
Gu Yi smiled with disarming sincerity.
But to Qin Xiao, these two were like nuclear warheads. He wasn't about to fall for their tricks easily.

Qin Xiao shook his head like a maraca.
The next instant, Odin raised Gungnir in his hand, and golden light erupted from Gu Yi's palm.

Qin Xiao trotted over eagerly.
Gu Yi and Odin, too, instantly dropped their magical weapons and switched to their "poker face" mode.
