"Such a delicious scent, such a delicious scent. I really want to eat it in one bite, but I can't. I cannot eat sentient life forms."
Even though she was being tortured by her 'appetite,' Galacta had strong principles. Her bottom line was not to eat sentient life forms. Even though her Father, the Planet Devourer, would swallow Planets whole regardless of whether they had life on them, she had set a bottom line for herself. Perhaps this was the cutest thing about this girl with the massive appetite! Even though she wanted to eat them, she forced herself to suppress her appetite just because the target could think and was a life form.
"This Planet is so strange; it's full of high-energy creatures."
Although she forced herself to look away, Galacta couldn't help but be attracted by the powerful individuals on Earth. She was surprised to find that this Planet was of much higher quality than any other Planet she had seen. So many high-energy, 'high-protein' 'creatures' on Earth were making the gluttonous worm in her stomach restless; it was truly difficult for this foodie.
"But none of these guys' energy is as strong as hers."
After 'looking around,' Galacta fixed her gaze on the brightest spot on the entire Planet. This made Artoria Stark on Earth shiver again. Galacta's gaze certainly could not be hidden from the true powerhouse on Earth, the Ancient One. She sat solemnly in her room at Kamar-Taj, using her spiritual power to observe this individual whose status as friend or foe was unknown. Although she looked like a little girl on the outside, the Ancient One could still sense that this person was extraordinary. There was a barrier set up by the Ancient One above Kamar-Taj, so Galacta did not see the Ancient One's presence. If she had known, she would definitely have turned around and left. Her Father, who suffered from severe 'autism,' had once warned her never to provoke bald people; as long as the other party was bald, they were not to be messed with.
"Should I go make contact first? That's what I'll do. I came with good (appetite) intentions; I don't want to do anything bad."
Cheering herself on and seemingly suppressing her instincts, Galacta flew rapidly toward Earth. This caused the observing Ancient One to frown. What exactly was this unknown individual planning to do? Galacta's movements made the Ancient One's nerves tighten, but seeing where she was heading, the Ancient One breathed a sigh of relief. She actually ran over there? It seems this little girl is truly imprudent. Running in front of the Planet's consciousness without observing properly is no different from seeking Death.
"I'll leave this matter for Artoria Stark to handle herself."
Thinking of this, the Ancient One stopped paying attention to Galacta's actions. After all, she still had important matters to attend to and could not focus all her attention on a little girl. Currently, the strongest on Earth were Artoria Stark and Gaea, and the two were often together. Unless it was some world-destroying crisis, there wouldn't be any problems.
"I didn't expect such a child could be born. It's truly surprising!"
"But why don't I see any sign of surprise on your face?"
Artoria Stark couldn't help but retort to the big shot in front of her, whose words and expression didn't match at all. It was the first time she had seen someone say something in a tone of surprise so flatly; it didn't match her facial expression at all! The sense of incongruity was very strong. However, looking at Saturday being held by Gaea, who was pinching and pulling her left and right, Artoria Stark had to admit that this woman was indeed very interested in Saturday, who now possessed a body. This body was created based on the appearance of the virtual Diva 'Hatsune Miku.' If anyone from her past life who was a 'fellow enthusiast' saw this, they would definitely go crazy with joy. Such a vivid 'Princess' would absolutely attract the gaze of a whole crowd of gentlemen. Artoria Stark completely ignored Saturday's look for help.
Saturday's learning ability was truly too powerful. Yesterday, that cute little face was still in a 'three-no' state, but today, the expression system had been loaded. Saturday could already normally make expressions characterized by 'crying, laughing, joy, and anger.' But this was not enough; she needed continued external stimulation to autonomously evolve her emotional system. For example, right now, she was very resentful that her Master still hadn't come to save her and was watching the show from the sidelines.
"There's a hateful aura coming over."
Just as Artoria Stark was thinking about other things, Gaea suddenly raised her head and said with a deep gaze, as if she had seen something she extremely loathed. This sentence stunned Artoria Stark. It was the first time she had seen this expression on Gaea—that look of extreme disgust, just like the feeling when animals encounter their arch-enemies or natural predators. Gaea's expression changed from calm to deep disgust.
"What's wrong, Gaea?"
Artoria Stark walked forward curiously and gently patted the head of Saturday, who had just broken free from Gaea's embrace and was hugging her slender waist, to show comfort. While comforting Saturday, Artoria Stark asked Gaea. This was the first time such a situation had occurred. What exactly was the thing or creature that had caused Gaea such extreme aversion?
"It's the Planet Devourer. The final wails of the Planets dying that cling to him—even if I were sealed, I would still be able to feel it. That instinctive murderous intent toward Planets and the desire to devour cannot be hidden no matter what."
When saying this, Gaea's expression was exceptionally solemn. Many years ago, she had encountered the Planet Devourer. If it hadn't been for those guys who were experimenting with life forms on her back then, who had stopped this killer, Earth would definitely have been swallowed into his belly. Years had passed, and Gaea would never forget the feeling of her first encounter with the Planet Devourer—that instinctive repulsion, resisting this guy's appearance before her from the very soul.
"The Planet Devourer? Galactus?"
Hearing Gaea say this 'familiar' title, Artoria Stark recalled the image of Galactus's corpse, which was so massive it could fill a Universe. Of course, this was a scene that appeared in the Marvel animation Artoria Stark watched in her past life. Galactus's strength was still very strong; although he was beaten to Death by Thanos, scared away by Mr. Fantastic, and had his legs turned to jelly by a plumber, he was still the brave and 'invincible' Galactus. This was beyond doubt.
"Thud!"
Just as Artoria Stark was thinking about how to deal with the Planet Devourer, a faint sound came from inside the room. Artoria Stark turned around curiously to look. A woman with a hot body wearing very sexy clothing was in a very unseemly state, her face planted into the Earth, a pair of long legs kneeling on the ground. She had almost ended up in a prostrate position, worshipping the ground, although the current situation wasn't much better. From Artoria Stark's angle, she could even vaguely see purple panties.
"This is the Planet Devourer? Are you sure you're not joking?"
Pointing at the Star-Devouring Woman Galacta on the ground, Artoria Stark said to Gaea with a smile. Isn't this just a Star-Devouring Woman? And the very cute, very adorable type at that. It's just that her form seems to have shrunk now. If Artoria Stark remembered correctly, the bodies of the Planet Devourer and the Star-Devouring Woman were large enough to swallow a Planet in one bite, just like eating a jelly bean. She must have shrunk in her current appearance.
"The aura on her is correct, but it's not the one I saw before."
Regarding Artoria Stark's question, Gaea also said with surprise. By logic, she remembered that the Planet Devourer should be a male form taller than a mountain. Why is it a girl now? And she looks so silly! Although she had just moved her hand slightly to shorten the speed of her descent, bringing her closer to the actual ground, and the target had become this room, with the Planet Devourer' powerful strength, she shouldn't have ended up burying her head in the ground! What exactly is going on with this guy?
Gaea was full of question marks, Artoria Stark had a confused expression, and Galacta stood up from the ground with an awkward look on her face. The three of them fell into a very strange silence.
