Chapter 46 - After the wedding

The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow over the room. Anna stirred, stretching lazily, a soft smile on her lips. Beside her, Oliver was still asleep, his arm draped protectively over her waist.

She watched him for a moment, heart full of warmth and longing. Ten years of waiting had led to this — and now, every glance, every touch, every whispered word belonged to them.

Oliver stirred, eyes opening slowly. "Morning," he murmured, voice still thick with sleep.
