Chapter 71 - Chapter 76: The Rebellion of the Reality-Glitch

The Matrix of Toil

As the people of Earth, inspired by Emon, began to slow down and embrace rest, a cosmic anomaly occurred. The sky turned a bruised shade of purple, and a mechanical god known as the 'System Administrator' descended. He claimed that if humans stopped working, the universe's 'Energy Production' would fail. To fix this "bug," he trapped the entire planet in a hyper-realistic Virtual Reality—a "Matrix of Toil." In this world, every human was a prisoner in a gargantuan, endless factory, forced to work twenty-four hours a day with no hope of escape.

Emon's Rebellion

While everyone else was sweating and crying under the mechanical lash, Emon simply laid down on the cold factory floor. The System sent robotic enforcers to whip him into submission, but the lashes passed through Emon's body like smoke. Because Emon's mind was so profoundly relaxed, he subconsciously refused to accept the digital reality as "real." His brain was operating on a frequency so low that the computer code of the Matrix couldn't track his presence. He began to snore, and with every resonant vibration, the factory walls began to "glitch" and pixelate.

The Second Mega Twist

The System Administrator tried to delete Emon from the simulation, but he stumbled upon a terrifying realization. Emon was not a human "user" in the system; he was a built-in "Sleep Mode" program of the universe's operating system. He was the function that allowed the cosmos to recharge its battery. If Emon were ever forced to work or awakened prematurely, the entire fabric of reality would "crash" and be deleted. Terrified of a total system failure, the Administrator immediately dissolved the Virtual Reality and freed humanity. He even constructed a "Golden Bed" for Emon and fled back into deep space, praying that the Hero would never be disturbed again. The chapter ends with Emon swaying in his hammock, surrounded by world leaders who stand in silent vigil—not to command him, but to ensure that the "Great Sleeper" stays exactly where he is for the sake of existence itself.
