When one chooses to undergo the ritual known as the Rite Of Chord Bondage. They initially become Emolit themselves.
That leads us to ask what an Emolit is? Well, to be frank, it's not what alone but rather what and who an Emolit is.
Why because an emolit is defined as a both a warrior and a skill. Which means that as a person becomes an Emolit themselves they also gain an Emolit through choosing a Heritage Chord.

But in this case the reason why this rule applies in those continents is because it is categorised under a set of up to 20 laws that made within the Medayn Era and are known as the World Wide Lowesian Decree of Stucture which is referred to as the WWLDS laws by the governing structures of today.
These laws apply to those in the twenty countries located within the Fortclovus continent and the thirty-three countries within the Xeemus continent. Which will be looked into further into the story.
As we now look back Rite of Chord Bondage Ritual. Where a Lowesian is given the chance to inherit the Heritage of one if the six founding Emolits.
Which is the Heritage of Fury belonging to the Kakera Tribe, the Heritage of Love belonging to the Osho tribe, the Heritage of Grievance belonging to the Namute tribe, the Heritage of Joy to the Chigwe tribe, the Heritage of Fear belonging to the Shoshwa tribe and the Heritage of Apathy belonging to the Fortclovia tribe.
When one is undergoing the ritual, they dressed in the cultural clothing of their tribe and are sent into a shrine known as Temperance Shrine.
The shrines are normally about 1600 square feet large. And can accommodate up to 140 candidates. All who will be put in evenly square mats as they kneel down with their hands together and their heads bowed. All dressed in distinctly designed but tribal united attires for the ritual. As the ritual commences there are three keen things must be observed and kept constant throughout.
One, is maintenance of emotional tensity by all candidate present. Whereby from the time a candidate enters into the shrine and during the connection strum they're expected to maintain the emotion they are meant to feel in order to be able to access Moon Realm.
Secondly, order must be maintained not for the sake of the smooth run of the ritual per candidate but also so that they do no 'die' while in the ritual. This is because while in the moon realm if a candidate's attention is disrupted by even the slightest bit it will be seen a sign of disrespect to Deities of Emolit who in turn devour their souls wholly and so swiftly so that soul of the victimized candidate wont realize the depth of the situation before becoming a part of the deities power source themselves.
And lastly, cleanliness. For all the other reasons that one could think of for it to be this way would most definitely be one of the many reasons why. But the main reason for this is because when one enters the moon realm, they do what we'd like to call phantom phasing which is the spiritual and mental entry into the moon realm. And once you enter what kind of cleanliness required there is spiritual cleanliness. How to maintain it? A Lowesian must refrain from living in areas with dense spiritual essence.
