He knew he should let go, but his damn hand just wouldn't obey him.
Bai Wanwan's gaze shifted down, staring at the hand clamped around her wrist, and she slowly raised it.

Yan Lie stammered out a few words, his hand finally letting go.
Bai Wanwan shot him a look and turned to leave.
Yan Lie anxiously followed after her.
Bai Wanwan's expression immediately became wary. "Why are you still following me?"
"You don't remember, do you?" Yan Lie was so anxious that beads of sweat formed on his forehead. "On the snowy plains, you saved an injured leopard. That was me."
