The new and highly complex technique Dan was currently experimenting with had been given a name by him personally . the Fermentation Seal.
He chose that name because the technique performed a role almost identical to biological fermentation itself, except instead of fermenting food or organic matter, it fermented pure solar energy and transformed it with extremely high efficiency into Natural Energy.
The concept was actually very similar to how bacteria converted sugar into alcohol. The difference here was that solar energy was being converted into Natural Energy instead. The entire system was carefully built upon three connected and sequential stages.
The first stage was Planetary Simulation.
Dan first created an extremely precise spherical field around himself that imitated the properties of an actual planet.
This spherical field possessed an immensely powerful magnetic force, nearly identical to a planet's magnetic field. That magnetic field actively pulled in solar energy from every direction and in every form and spectrum imaginable, visible and invisible, detectable and undetectable.
The reason he practiced this dangerous technique outside the planet, deep within outer space instead of on the surface, was because he wanted to make full use of completely pure solar energy in all its various radiations and complete spectrums, from infrared to ultraviolet, along with its overwhelming and direct heat.
That would never be possible while remaining on the planet itself because the atmosphere acted as a natural filter that blocked many important components. The atmosphere absorbed dangerous ultraviolet rays, the ozone layer blocked lethal radiation, clouds reflected large portions of light, and even the air itself scattered and weakened energy.
But now, floating in open space, Dan was absorbing completely pure and unfiltered solar energy directly from the sun itself without a single barrier or obstruction.
The second stage of the technique was called Cellular Fermentation.
After absorbing a sufficient amount of pure solar energy, the dangerous and complicated part began. This was the true core of the technique.
Every single cell in Dan's body functioned inside this complex system exactly like microscopic living organisms such as bacteria and yeast during biological fermentation. His cells fermented the massive quantity of solar energy through an extremely complicated and calculated mechanism that deliberately exposed them to controlled damage caused by that pure solar energy.
As a direct result of this endless repeated cycle of intentional destruction and rapid regeneration through the power of the Vitality Seals, again and again without stopping, the unused solar energy gradually became fermented and transformed into incredibly pure and powerful Natural Energy.
To simplify it further, his cells played the role of living organisms on a planet and accelerated the process that naturally converted solar energy into Natural Energy.
The third stage was Complete Devouring.
At that point, Dan used the powerful Devouring Seal, which had already been integrated together with the Fermentation Seal into one complete interconnected system, to consume the enormous amount of pure Natural Energy produced by the previous stages.
In truth, the technique was unimaginably dangerous and completely lethal.
Every single process required extremely precise calculations involving advanced mathematics, perfect timing, and absolute control. Even the smallest mistake could become catastrophic and fatal.
It was completely impossible for anyone else to execute this technique besides Dan himself. His brain had evolved to a level far beyond normal human limits because of the Fourth Vitality Seal, which had enhanced his mental capabilities to a terrifying degree.
Within this Fermentation Technique, which was naturally built entirely upon the art of Fūinjutsu, Dan was essentially recreating the natural processes of planets themselves with unbelievable precision.
