Chapter 118 - Chapter 118 Stolen Dreams

Sebastian's POV

The quarterly financial reports spread across my monitor held my complete attention until Dominic burst through my office door. His expression reminded me of the guilty look he used to wear as a child when he accidentally shattered one of Grandfather's antique wine glasses.

"We have a problem," he announced, shutting the door with unnecessary force.

"Hello to you as well," I replied without lifting my gaze from the spreadsheet. "Let me guess, more complications with the Ostarian distribution deal?"

"This is far worse than that." Dominic collapsed into the leather chair facing my desk, his necktie askew and his hair disheveled, as though he had been frantically running his fingers through it since dawn. "Significantly worse."

The gravity in his voice finally drew my attention away from the screen.

Dominic maintained his composure during the most challenging situations. Panic was not in his vocabulary, particularly when it came to business crises.

"Explain."
