"Hohoho.. Son-Kai, well aren't you a sight for sore eyes." A boisterous laugh sounded from right behind us, an excited voice following soon after..
"Allekai.." Malachi's father laughed, turning around to welcome the approaching group.
It was, as expected, a group of apes, only these ones had silver fur, just like Malachi's mother.
The leading ape, the one that had just laughed with no restraint, was arguably just as large as Son-Kai himself, only he had a bit more refined features than those of the Brutish looking Son-Kai..
Both apes clasped hands as they laughed.
I couldn't help wondering what was so funny about anything going on, monkey business as always, was confusing..
"And is that my little nephew Kai?" The man turned towards Malachi, who had been frozen like a statue since the group appeared..
Following the frozen monkey's gaze, I finally found the source of his stupefaction.
