The air split apart as people made their way in a haste towards the now opened gate, a swirling bluish-gold portal within.
One thing I'd noticed earlier, the monkeys didn't seem at all bothered by the fact that outside forces, not the ones allied to help, but those just out for personal gain, were also rushing towards the gate.
Normally, in any novel I'd read, this would be where the elders or what not, start imposing limits or rules on the outsiders, if not outright banishing them from entering.
But like I said before, monkey business, not my concern..
